Here is the Specular file used both in FW190 & 109 for interior metal part. An other way is to explore the glass texture of the mi-8. Don't know much about interior specular possibility but must be interresting. so keep us on what you discover so far in this way ;-) -
We are talking about m2000C ... not F15. when I was child, 2000c from Cambraisis airbase was flying over my family house for training purpose. and F15 sound are definitely not the right SNECMA M53-2 sound.

I used to have sweetfx for a long time and played a lot with it with CLOD & BOS were it really improve shimering and fade colours and adjust contrast. but for DCS, each time I found the perfect setting, itterating for days, the final best result was so closed to the stock version. so I don't use it anymore in DCS. Unfact I can give a help for anyone interresting to know wich fonction tweek what ... -

same for me on the 11/09/15. I should have the 2 Campaign but can't install it until now, no Keys on DCS site only the option to buy. The question is I didn't pre -purchase, a friend did it, gift it to me and bought an other one for himself. will he have 4 campaigns keys and 2 he could bound to my account or only 2 for himself ?

DCS & PROPS sounds NEEDS FMOD STUDIO !! I've got a friend who is a sound modder for IL2 COD or BOS and he does awesome job with props sounds thanks to FMOD. Actual sound system if you want to tweek it a bit depends on some general lua files. and if you do optimum job possible for one aircraft, it will crash other aircraft settings when you use actual diveplane soundmod in JSGME you can see what I mean. FMOD needed with 2.0 please !

that on made me laugh a lot :megalol: I did the same cursus as you. with those "spring" gear bouce, and final spin before end of landing course :megalol: so much time tried to perform a "good" landing on the marvelous warbird lagg-3 ... and finally ... discovered the DCS more realistic world ;-) lol. so unrealistic that you had to cheat and land with no flap to avoid the bouce ;-) unfact I would love a lagg-3 in DCS world as I really enjoy that one.

1.5.2 released - no ATC in actual Airport no inertial starter

issue found - closed So : 1) Never put a red aircraft on a blue airport, unless blue aircraft won't have ATC 2) Never be overcharged more than 100% ( fuel etc ...) or you won't have ATC and ground crew available. -

it used to work like you said in previous version as it should . not anymore they never answer ( I have no radio aids but it should works anyway isn't?) -
1.5.2 released without mods : - I have no ATC in actual Airport wher the aircraft is on Ramp and no inertial starter available. - aeroport is the same colours - Radios frequencies are set inside ME - these appears in Beslan and Nalchick. only other Airport are available in the ATC menu. ...? I had the same issue in 2.0 at Nellis. same thing. maybe I do something wrong ...

can't buy the real mirage to put it in my real hangar or stol one on next army base. But if I could, I would'nt have any ground crew to assist me, and the aircraft would expect me to wait the full time of alignement. I have the possibility to get a virtual high fidelity one in my virtual hangar,DCS is a bit like "my private warbird heritage virtual museum collection " for me when I fly it at my virtual aeroclub, for sure I would'nt have any ground crew for assist me. I want to do it myself, as the real aircraft react in real world.

since last patch I had about 25 FPS max in 1.5 and 1.5beta I deleteted the \user\savedgames\DCS directory ( and save it elsewhere) restart repair set all graphic option in high and I have know 65 fps in cockpit an 100-135 in outside F2 F3 view. so... I then put back in \user\savedgames\DCS directory - my \config\ input directory - my missions directory - my liveries and kneeboard directory everything work fine now, due probably because of old config files or old cfg lua files i suppose. :thumbup: if it can helps FPS issues in 1.5.2

in real manual. a writen notes from owner say prime 10 short times. in game: if engine does not start on first attemp, i use this tip : mixture to Run / idlecutof/ run / idlecutof quickly, when I use the starter and then the engine catches

+10 I'm only on DCS and buying and owning modules for THEIR FULL REALISM ( or the most as possible to, and the possibility to use real manual and procedure). everyone who want something else and an arcadish sim can go on other games.

do you have something like that in the picture attached? If yes - try a repair -> in DCS bin folder : "DCS_updater.exe repair" - check your Mig 21bis is correctly installed in modules - check that the description.lua file have at the end the correct country code ( maybe you try a skin which work only for ru or a single land ? at the end of the description.lua modify like that id=0 name = "metal_Mig21bis" --countries = {"USA", "RUS", "FRA", "UKR", "SPN", "NETH", "TUR", "BEL", "GER", "NOR", "CAN", "DEN", "UK", "GRG", "ISR", "ABH", "RSO"}

try that one : in Saved Games\DCS\Liveries\MiG-21Bis create the directories \Liveries\MiG-21Bis and put the migliverie directory uncompressed, you've downloaded inside it should give Saved Games\DCS\Liveries\MiG-21Bis\xx_nameofliverie01xx\ with description.txt and xx.dds files "inside xxnameofliverie01xx" :thumbup:

bonjour à tous et bonne année 2016. ci joint 2 missions d'un projet de campagne Africaine "TCHAD N'Djamena COOP" pour M2000C et Gazelle l'ambition de ce post et que chacun en rajoute une, selon ses idées pour qu'une fois qu'il y en ai une dizaine on puisse créer une campagne complète COOP. toute idée de dialogue ATC réaliste est également la bienvenue. en gros toute contribution même modeste sera la bienvenue et citée dans la version campagne finale. un travail collectif au bénéfice de tous. Si nous avons plus de 15 missions au final, on votera pour retenir les meilleures. l'objectif est de "compiler" la campagne finie pour le 1er juin 2016 (avant si ça va plus vite). cahier des charges et besoins : - voix ATC en français (com interne) ( retravaillées radio avec Audacity*) - Ranger's pack JSGME mod nécessaire (notamment pour les pick up insurgés) - NTTR nécessaire (pour l'ambiance désert) Les trois seuls impératifs sont les suivants : 1) voix atc réalistes inspirées de ces histoires http://www.defens-aero.com/temoignages.html, avec les termes les plus réels utilisés y compris les désignations avioniques du mirages 2000. DIRAV et non NWS , SERVAL et non RWR. les anglicismes autorisés par exemple sont "inHot" "Infence" utilisés en réel pour une meilleure immersion. Update pour les futures missions : En opération coms sur les freq des bases aériennes sortis des zone des BA : contrôleurs d'interception et combat (GCI, FAC) relais de commandement (ex : AFAC/NFO/JFO etc) en anglais. Pour les coms internes (flight), le plus souvent en français. termes anglais autorisés: in, out, (re-)comit, egress, hot, cold, drop, push/pousse, miss, splash, dry, fazer, lock, track, target, bandit, hostile, tally, etc. exemple pictures transmises par le GCI/AIC : "Belier, M2000. New picture is 2 groups stack buls 100 10, high group 26 000 force 2 hot hostile, low group 12 000 slow movers hot hostile." 2) tester à minima les missions avant de les poster ici. 3) la campagne doit être coop les triggers doivent fonctionner pour les 5 mirages, le campagnes peuvent être faites à 2/3 minima en terme de difficultés. remonter les éventuels bugs et idées d’amélioration ici. tutorial audacity : - créer dans un fichier word les idées de dialogue ATC / pilote / tiers ( une couleur par intervenant ) - enregistrer un fichier pour chaque voix (chaque couleur) avec des blancs entre les différentes conversations - créer un script type pour chaque voix avec les éléments suivants ( voir capture ci jointe ) - appliquer le script - sélectionner à la souris la zone entre 2 "blanc" - faire "exporter l'audio sélectionné" - enregistrer au format "ogg vorbis"NE PAS METTRE D'ACCENT dans le NOM" - stocker les fichiers provisoirement dans un répertoire dédié Pour profiter pleinement des missions je vous conseille de régler le son DCS de la manière suivante : - tous les curseurs sur 60% sauf volume général et helmet à 100%. musique à 10%

A nice reference quick guide I loved your introduction about comics ! ;-) RUDDER (DEADZONE AT 0, SATURATION X AT 100, SATURATION Y AT 100, CURVATURE AT 0) can try it with saturation at 70 it's quite good. In landing mode I used to think that what you call "14 DEGREES AOA Bracket" is the recommanded speed. I'll have a look on that one. P.S ( I would have loved your guides shouldn't in horizontal format to use part of them in kneeboard, but it should be a hard work to repaging all that stuff) :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

It's not a good idea. if it's automatic you'll lose all your tips for a good landing. use the seat leveler binded on a key if you want to use it. so far, just stand up a bit in my chair with a correct track ir setup is ok for me.

I love the stock mirage sound engine here, very very good sound stuff so far sound is very important for me for immersive experience \Mods\aircraft\M-2000C\Sounds\Effects very very nice realistic sound as the real one:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup: but in games it seems to be a bit quiet, how can I hear them more loud in game is there an easyly way to increase gain in sf files ? question to sound moders or razbam .. ;-):music_whistling:
