  1. Ah, okay, thanks.
  2. Hello, wanted to try the weapon training missions. Missed with the rockets, but the long firing interval is mentioned in the bug section. Now for the anti-runway bomb training: 1. Option for the single/ripple selection. Text says set to ripple. But the instruction only continues when switching back to single: 2. Is the instruction text correct for the BAP-100 anti runway bombs? Being at 1000 ft / 250 kts and the target reticle is over the targets, the parachute retarded bombs are well before the RW and nowhere near the target. Thanks Jens
  3. I think this is totally misplaced in the MB-339 section. @Flappie Could you please move to ME or core or something like this?
  4. My current workaround is using COM2 radio, manual frequency. As soon as no ATC communication is possible. Change NAV source selector next to the HSI from TACAN to VOR if a frequency is selected. If that's not enough, I also pull the VOR knob on the audio panel. As soon as the morse code can be heard, ATC communication works again. Off topic update regarding the video. I've no idea why, but every recording using win + g option will show this black screen flickering. Tried vsync on/off. no difference. Will check nvidia drivers. Didn't have issues in DCS 2.7 with it.
  5. Hello, just a minor issue. Could you please check functionality of stand-by ADI pitch adjust and off flag? 1. The manual states on page 112: "Pulling the caging knob brings the OFF flag in view on the indicator." I only see the off-flag when power is off to the stand-by ADI 2. There seems to be a problem with the fine adjustment of the stand-by ADI main ADI mouse scroll on pitch adjustment knob you can slowly get to the extreme positions on the stand-by ADI, scrolling the mouse wheel only wiggles the reference line around it's middle position when holding left shift + mouse wheel scroll, the reference line will jump to the extreme positions should be something in between as it's working for main ADI stand-by ADI only mouse wheel scroll pitch adjust: stand-by ADI: hold lshift + mouse wheel scroll: Thanks Jens
  6. I think this is all related to this bug report. Changes to the front landing gear didn't make it into yesterday's patch. My plane exploded during taxiing at around 10 - 20 kts, so no where near the 50 kts max. NWS speed. On some occasions, nose wheel dipped deep, pilot shortly blacked out without exploding. But there is a critical point where the plane simply explodes
  7. @6S.Duke and @Automan I forgot to mention. The random loading feature for TACAN, VOR, preset radial on HSI and altimeter setting is quite nice to simulate that anybody else flew the plane last time in different condition. No magic auto-setting of altimeter as in other planes.
  8. There is an ripple interval option in mission editor in the plane's options "..."-menu, don't know if this is for bombs only. Haven't tried this yet and haven't read the weapon related section of the manual.
  9. Thought that too. The skin in the screenshot above looks like the EB-Skin. In ME you can't select this for the CC. There is a plain grey Aviodev skin and some camouflaged ones for CC.
  10. Also from me a big thanks for the MB-339. I know I've created some bug reports, but that's just nitpicking on a well done module in this complex game/sim where you have to take so many variables in mind. What players will do within and outside of the normal operation envelope, which real pilots never would do cause they would risk their life. In game you don't need to care about and explore the unexpected, which than may result in something, you, as developer, never thought of. Looking forward to fly some fun missions.
  11. Was able to reproduce the issue. Please find mission and track file attached. My taxi path to explosion: Hope this helps. Thanks Jens MB-339_kobuleti_explode_while_taxiing.trk MB-339_Kobuleti_target_practice.miz
  12. Hello, as the title states. I've created SP mission in ME with MB-339A and used option solo flight == true. Within the mission in outside view, only front seater - OK Within cockpit, I can't switch to back seater position - OK. But looking behind, the back seater is visible - NOT OK Thanks Jens
  13. Elevator is okay for me, but aileron trim definitely needs some finer tuning.
  14. Kobuleti... dipped a bit through a bump in ramp area and exploded... todays patch DCS/2.8.0.32235
  15. From patchnotes DCS 2.8.0.32235.1 DCS: MB-339 by IndiaFoxtEcho Fix - Canopy not locked in auto start procedure Fix - Out Of Range exception Improved external 3D model UV Mapping Fix warning lights illumination Fix on campaign mission 4 for end mission Fix on voiceover training mission Ripple MK82 Fix on safety pin landing shutdown Fix on A/A mission Improved static force and damping nosewheel Thanks @6S.Duke and IFE-Team.
  16. Sorry, have no idea, why the video has these flickering. Hope you can see my clicking. Maybe I can redo the video later. It's indeed something in connection with the audio panel and VOR NAV source selection. Tuned TACAN and ILS, checked NAV sources, fiddled with audio panel. Couldn't call ATC for takeoff clearance. After selecting NAV source to VOR/ILS and pulling VOR/ILS audio knob and the morse code could be heared, I was able to call ATC for takeoff clearance. No track this time, was too fast stopping mission end forgot to save the track.
  18. There is something weird. Yesterday it worked for me using COM2. Today I had behavior described above again. Maybe it's something with the state or initializing of the com panel on the front right? While in the air, I couldn't contact ATC at Kobuleti, after fiddling around with the COMS panel, pushing / pulling VOR/ILS and TACAN knobs, ILS morse code was playing. Pushing / pulling com1 / com2 knobs, suddenly I was able to communicate with Kobuleti ATC without changing something on the com2 radio itself.
  19. Hello, track is from a mission. hope you can see what I've done. Will explain the steps here. mission start from ME- cold start from ramp - fuel 70% plus elliptical tanks installed fly and use some fuel, tip tanks empty and internal fuel partially used land at base and taxi to ramp rearm menu fuel slider to 100%, adjust weapons, don't touch elliptical tip tanks (they are attached on the loadout) - OK after messages refueling complete and rearming complete check fuel state: internal fuel full, tip tanks empty rearm menu fuel slider to 100%, adjust weapons, set cylindrical tip tanks - OK after messages refueling complete and rearming complete check fuel state: internal fuel full, tip tanks full (corresponds to cylindrical fuel weight) rearm menu fuel slider to 100%, adjust weapons, set elliptical tip tanks - OK after messages refueling complete and rearming complete check fuel state: internal fuel full, tip tanks full (corresponds to elliptical fuel weight) Hope this helps. Thanks Jens MB-339_rearm_fuel.trk

  20. Yes, turn to release handle lock and push to actual release the brake. I guess, this caught most of us at first
  21. It's still available today in OB.
  22. Thanks, I also had the impression something is off with the AoA gauge. Had 200 kg fuel remaining, only tip tanks installed and regarding the AoA indicator needed 135 kts or something to stay at .45 AoA. Let's see, how this will improve.
  23. Module to hit the store on 1st April: Creepy Asset Pack.
  24. Depends on what time zone was used to trigger the easter egg. I guess, somewhere on the world it was still 31st Oct.?
  25. That would be a cool feature. Saw Ismael Jorda's teaser picture on YT and had to try it out. Got scared hearing the voices in the background on ramp cold start. Thanks ED and @BIGNEWY for bringing us some extra fun in todays weird world.
