You could be right. I draw it for somebody from forum, and I don't know what is purpose of it. I probably changes tension or detente or something like that.

You can forget about IN connectors and use OUT to connect to warthog. If you want to use multiple boards than OUT goes to IN and next OUT to controller.

I tested this once on older version of MMjoy2. Windows see 32 buttons and 4 POV hats. POV hats are represented each in different color on same POV circle.
