  1. I request these lines be added as well, I now have the Master Modes on the Boat Switch, with AG forward, VSTOL backward, and NAV mode in the middle. {down = iCommandHelicopter_PPR_button_T, up = iCommandHelicopter_PPR_button_K, cockpit_device_id = devices.HOTAS, value_down = 1, value_up = 1, name = _('Master Mode AG/NAV THREE POSITION'), category = { _('Toggle Switches'), _('HOTAS')}}, {down = iCommandHelicopter_PPR_button_H, up = iCommandHelicopter_PPR_button_K, cockpit_device_id = devices.HOTAS, value_down = 1, value_up = 1, name = _('Master Mode VSTOL/NAV THREE POSITION'), category = { _('Toggle Switches'), _('HOTAS')}},
  2. Having a switch for VSTOL/NAV and AG/NAV would be nice.
  3. Assuming you are using the standalone version of DCS, there is a post in the FAQ for this! https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/support/faq/#1432837
  4. @zonder: No, the F-15 and Su-27 are available as individual modules.
  5. The model enlargement was silently disabled a few patches ago. The option is there, but it does nothing. Hopefully this was due to the imbalanced effects display resolution had for that system, and an improved system is coming. In the mean time there is a mod that places a 1 pixel gray dot through the label system https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/270020/.
  6. The F-5E does.
  7. I'd still like the option for it, most servers don't use autoconnect yet, and connecting to "local" servers makes it annoying to keep typing in adresses.
  8. Forgive me if this has been asked before, but is there a plan to add a list over recent servers to connect to? Shure would come in handy!
  9. The CBUs will give you a INVALID FUZING message if you are too low. That might be what you're remembering.
  10. Your dcs installation\Bazar\World\Shapes\Garmin_gns430.edm
  11. A 3D model for the GNS 430 is already in the game for those who want to have a look.
  12. Advanced carriers are coming, and I suspect they will adress this issue.
  13. Will, making aircraft for FSX and DCS are two very different things. The first and third party developers for DCS take pride in simulating everything a switch does and how it does it. This requires access to an aircraft and assosciated manuals and documentation, often requiring a license from a manufacturer, especially with modern aircraft. The closest you'll get to what DCS simulates in FSX is something like PMDG's 777 and similar aircraft. These take YEARS to simulate, and are civilian! If you're going to use your spare cash I hope you have a lot of it. Even older aircraft, like the Bf-109 cost over $100K to develop.
  14. Needing to hold tab to close the chat window is a bug, not a feature. http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=171518
  15. Oh I'd love the feature too, but as he says there is a lot of stuff that comes before it, and needs to come before it for it to be possible.
  16. Finally found the livestream where he answers that very question!
  17. Previously you would be able to launch a AGM-65 towards a target as long as it wasn't out of gimbal range. This was changed to the more realistic "keyhole" https://i.imgur.com/HlBW8pO.jpg
  18. Has this been in the works for a long time, or started recently? Any expectations on how long this will take?
  19. If you don't use the radios it is useless. If you use something like the DCS SimpleRadio mod, it is used as push-to-talk on the radios.
  20. Pretty sure the ATC update has been in the pipeline for some time, just prioritised after the map and graphics engine.
  21. There hasn't been a need for it before NTTR and 2.0, probably why we don't have it. Safe bet to say it's coming with the ATC update.
  22. The Matra Magic II and Matra Super 530D are the ones added and tuned by RAZBAM, whereas the R.550 Magic II and Super 530Ds are the default ones added by ED. The RAZBAM ones are better and the ED ones should no longer be an option to mount on the M2000C as of the latest updates.
  23. This was asked before the NTTR was released. I recall Wags saying it is possible, but a very low priority. Maybe once we get the new ATC, somewhere down the line. Don't know of any russian capabilities, but the western systems are usually the BAK-12 mobile field arresting system, and the BAK-14 fixed field arresting system.
  24. Wags talks about adding areas to the NTTR and the NTC, then goes on to briefly mention potential MBT and IFV modules.
  25. Says on the store page for the F-5 "The F-5Е is armed with two 20-mm М39-А3 cannons with 280 rounds per each cannon. The cannons are located in the nose section, forward of the cockpit. Special deflectors are used to avoid compressor stall conditions caused by hot gas ingestion as a bi-product of operating the M-39-A3. Each cannon is capable of firing at a rate of 1500 to 1700 rounds per minute."
