  1. Completely different issue. In my game I hit trees sometimes. You don't? Even though I try not to bank 90° when I can touch something. You do?
  2. Hi, I use a kneeboard with a trackball on it, TM MFDs, Voice Attack and experimenting with Leap Motion (non very successfully so far). Cheers
  3. Don't be lazy. Proper pilots bank their aircraft to look to a target below. That is natural! ;)
  4. I use the same drivers. I still have some crashed in PVP MP crowded servers but not anymore in siempre or MP light ones. Did you cleaned and restored your installation from DCS Updater tool by SkateZilla? I also did that. But I before backed up the DCS saved games folder, just in case. Cheers
  5. Hi, I had a similar problem y multiplayer servers. It was the amount of RAM. Now I have 32 and it works smooth. Look the RAM used in Task Manager. DCS use up to 24Gb in some servers. Cheers
  6. Hi, I had the same from 2 days ago. I cleaned and checked installation. No way. I renamed saved games DCS folder too. Same stuff. The only thing that solved it was using DDU in Windows safe mode to clean Ndivia drivers and after that installing Nvidia's June drivers. I even put old saved games DCS folder back and no freezing/crashing anymore. I hope it helps you. Cheers PS: I have a Quest 2 myself, but I think is Nvidia last driver issue with VR and DCS
  7. To me that happens when additional programs come to the front. For example, SRS. I just go to the desktop and minimize them and then Alt+Tab over DCS
  8. I understand. With my Quest 2 the head tracking is rock solid. I don't know if you have in to out tracking or viceversa but illumination is vital on it. For in to out (quest2), a good one. With Vive tracking, avoid mirrors, glass and direct or bounced sun beams. Cheers
  9. IMHO, it is not a problem. I use both at the same time. When I need to go from side to side of the cockpit I use the head, center in the desired area and then use the mouse in that area. I can even use the head in the small area but I prefer the mouse. For instance in the UFC, I can use the head to go from number 1 to Enter but I prefer to look at number 5 and use the mouse inside the UFC. Cheers P.S: I use Quest 2
  10. No, but I read it is Ultra Leap what Pimax mount, so it should work I read you in the other thread. Now I understand what you say. The only gesture I know is the pinch with index and thumb to activate the laser pointer but the laser does nothing for me. The best result is closing the fist and extending index finger only. But no idea how the three position switches work. Cheers
  11. I could try it for a while. It is better than DCLeap, at least for me. And way better than VKS implementation. The push button in UFC, etc, goes good. Flicking switches, not so good. If it is a 3 position switch, it is quite difficult to go to the desired position. If it is 2 position, I struggled from down to up movement. Sometimes I'm with my index finger straight and it see like crossing middle and index finger [emoji2371] Other times it is like my index finger was broken and other weird positions. Apart from that, if one hand is not visible and you try to use the other one, you won't be able to, because the laser pointer will be active from the hidden one [emoji2371][emoji2371] No idea why. Trying to click something in the back is nearly imposible, because you have to twist your head completely to center it. In summary, great step forward. Looking forward to see next improvements. Cheers
  12. I haven't seen that and I don't see how it could be used as a mouse. The Leap will put the hands where they are. If they're not close to the panels, I don't think it will show up a position close to them. It wouldn't be useable for VR if so...
  13. And how would you know where you hands are, if you don't have 3D vision?, in case this works without VR
  14. Very interesting! I've tried out different Leap Motion approach for DCS but the clicking part was always discouraging. Standing by for the hardware setup too. Great work! BTW: I'm in for one if you sell it ;)
  15. I really hope it is better integration than DCleap for SteamVR or VRK kneeboard with Oculus. I tried them both. Unplayable. My rig is not the best but it works pretty good and smooth with DCS. But the hands were completely stuttered. Other option would be having native Oculus hand recognition... when it comes and if it is compatible. Keep the good work!
  16. I have the same problem. All other games work good with Virtual Desktop wirelessly
  17. No, thank YOU. Not many people share their effort for the good of others. That honors you, Sir!
  18. Have a nice beer on me! Cheers
  19. Do you have a Paypal account for gifts?
  20. Coild you share your 3018 settings for the PCBs? Type of drill bit, speed, etc Thank you Sorry for he offtopic
  21. PM sent
  22. Same here. My K40 v2 was a little cheaper but I upgraded it with better pump, way better exhaust, air assist, bed... Even that way, far cheaper than a professional one:
  23. Well, these solenoid normally are 28V 400hz, so 12v is quite low. In F16 original mag switchs we use 24V activated by a relay, for sim use. Cheers
  24. Thank you @RightStuff @StrongHarm It is not ugly. I like it. Simple and effective. Nice work!
