Another oddity - not all planes work with this mod! I so far tried BF, Su-25 and Huey - they do, but Mig 21 and MIG 15 don't! So this feature is indeed broken (( And while it does work for Huey, the resulting 3d picture is too wide - wrong aspect ratio!

Anything but white is hard to make out on my Full HD. I think the text in MP is erroneously processed by AA/AF filters. Also, blue/red on gray/blue/green is low contrast. On a separate note, I'd really like that white envelope removed or at least not stay on one place. Plasma screen... Thank you!

I see shimmering fences and even hugely shimmering bridges on A10's FLIR... Even if I zoom in to look at it. Also, it must be a bug that the trees "grow" on the MFD as I fly towards them. Therefore Trees Visibility must be set at maximum to avoid this nonsense, and it taxes the FPS...

Just noticed. The solution you provided works, however not quite free of errors. I am seeing two suns in the Bf 109 quick dogfight mission! To make sure it is not a reflection, I ejected and looked form the ground as well. It is definitely a separate disk, not visible in 2d mode.

Thanks, smoochi! It works, although I don't understand this 0.85 multiplier. In 1.2 I got somewhat better results using TAB, rather than SBS (more horizontal pixels make text in cockpit more readable). I am having a hard time modifying it for 1.5. Does depth of field kills outside view FPS for everyone? Mine drops to 20s, for both SIMPLE and BOKEN (what's the difference?)...

Wanted to see the beautiful EDGE shadows and glares on mustang canopy in 3d, but no luck. The game runs, but the output is corrupted (see screen) both in vertical and horizontal modes (default and custom .lua). I saw a thread about 3dVision, but not this issue...

Why not to have a rule/script that Lone Wolves can only join the side which currently has fewer players? So they would balance the odds and help win by skill, not numbers... -
I noticed it cannot go straight in Level mode, always wanders gradually to the right. Bug or feature?

Hello, was flying on the "51" server today. After about an hour the valleys between hills became hidden behind some sort of dark green screen, borders were shaking. Even IR mode on A10 could not see through. A few minutes later, DCS stopped responding. Any ideas?

I am having this issue now with A-10C training missions. Gun mapped to SPC, it fires, but missions do not progress. ((( -
Hello. Only noticed them after the latest update (1.2.16.38741). In the summer weather, I can see some dark spots around the sun. They move around, depending on the angle of view. Very disturbing in WW2 multiplayer! I attached two screenshots taken from a paused K-4 Dogfight quick mission. (To be sure it's not the glass - from the external view.)

Yep, I installed diveplane's mods already. They are awesome, but his settings in sounds.lua were different )) -
In fact, I experience all the external sounds in all the planes going missing after restart. Only mechanization, electrics and prop spin sound remain...

Ha ha, very funny all your sarcastic replies. But FYI, I did find one awesome solution! Can't post the link, but just Google "BF109 K-4 Audio Production 2.0 LOF" Not the flaps buzzer blends in nicely.

David, could you explain what gain and lowpass parameters are? I am trying to optimize them for buttkicker. in p-51d it goes to sleep from low signal sometimes, while in 109 and 190 the subs level is just right... -
Hi Devs! Both Kurfurst and Dora have this key binding, but no mirrors to look at? I enabled mirrors in World... Second bug, ammunition counters in Kurfurst can only move by keyboard after they were nudged with a mouse. Thanks!

Thanks for the reply and good guess on MSAA! Now I do see the new LODs. I have my World audio set at 50%, and your mod includes sound.lua, maybe that's why. Is it really needed? -

Dear David, What exactly does your modpack do? I played with and without it on the ACG server. I noticed no improvement in visibility, no one with special livery. Offline, the maxed-out external sound is too strong for my butt-kicker. Are there any objective tests to see that the modified LODs do work? Vlad -
+1. Missing low-end engine sounds for Mig-21 and Dora, maybe other modules, after LShift-R restart. May return after a few minutes later. The bug persists despite many updates and repairs. For me it's important, because of Butt Kicker...

OK. I think this is the crucial part that I missed in the P-51 manual (page 82: "The OPEN position of the switch is spring-loaded and must be held in this position manually in order to further open the coolant flap." So my binding just instantaneously flipped the switch without actually OPENING the coolant flap. And then turned off the actuator! Now, as there is no indicator or external motion, can somebody tell me how many SECONDS to hold that button to make sure it opens all the way from a closed position? Secondly, there is no similar phrase for the oil radiator. Do I also need to hold that switch and for how many seconds??

That's what I say. Climbing I can manage. The problem becomes when I start fighting. Maybe there is a way to adapt some special tactics against the german planes, but I am yet to find it.
