  1. If I understand it correctly, the deploy to template is always "building" around the nr 1 vehicle in the group. If that is destroyed, the 2nd vehicle becomes the "nr 1" in the group, and the template deploys around that one. Same of course for vehicles in the middle of the group. So practical: You have a group of 1 command vehicle, and 6 artillery pieces, and you create a template with the command vehicle in a certain position and the arty pieces 500 feet in front of it on one line. If the first unit (the command vehicle) is destroyed before they deployed to template, one of the arty pieces (the 2nd unit in the group) will take the position of the command unit, and the others will form a line like before. (-1)
  2. And in case you didn't know: you can disable this behavior for every group in the advanced WP actions. (Options -> disperse under attack: uncheck)

  4. Strange observation: If you move the advanced action "land" to a waypoint lower then wp 20, it works.
  5. Got a strange problem here: Got a couple of Chinooks taking of and following a flightplan. At a certain moment they hit a WP where there's an advanced waypoint action telling them to land at a spot. Every single time, the mission hangs when the choppers hit the waypoint that has the advanced action defined. Mission attached. land.miz
  6. You can set a group/own ID with the mission prepare function, but this is going to be the same for all clients. YOu can't do it an individual aircraft basis. Pilots have to set their own ID's while preparing the jet for take-off.
  7. Yup, you can sure change the coalitions in a mission, just remind it's going to be a PITA if you have a lot of units. But it's doable.
  8. We have occasionally that the sever is not coming out of the slmod pause mode when someone is joining the server. Anybody else seeing this? Speed, any logfiles we can deliver to investigate?
  9. The mission file is looking good. We, at the 476th, don't have any problems with the presets in World. Just to make sure: you are aware that on none of the radios, the displayed frequency changes when you change a preset? The displayed frequency will always display the default or last used frequency in manual mode. On UHF however, you can press the status button, just right of the frequency display, while in preset mode. Doing so will show you the preset frequency on the display for a few seconds, before switching back to the default/last used.
  10. Merging missions is not possible. But if you quickly want to copy some groups from one mission to another, just add the group(s) to your template, and add those templates on the other map. Take note of the coordinates in the source mission if you want the exact same placement. Works well if you have limited groups to copy. If you have to copy a lot of single units and/or static objects, it doesn't really add something.
  11. Could I create a script to have AI planes to start popping flares ? (not illumination)
  12. We can reproduce it: as soon as a client opens his ladder door, everybody crashes. We're currently doing some more testing.
  13. Attached some logs form us from yet another crash tonight. The info of the crashlog is the same as we had the last couple of days (since 1.2.2) logs.zip

  19. OK So all this does is you "flying" the US or Russian AWACS in a Su-25 cockpit? No added value towards the Radar ? I don't really see the point in the whole thing, but could be me of course.
  20. When loading the LAU-105 without any missiles using the new reload menu, the launcher is not shown.

  22. Discovered today: when you are already in the pit, disabling and enabling the TS plugin, gives you the ability again to have the radios on different channels (left, right both)
