Regarding the 4th issue... Are you not in BIAS/AUTO mode of the radar? Sometimes I forget to change it to Manual and wonder why my elevation is not changing

Changed so much that it is played in broad daylight? The sun set only at the end during the approach. Don't get me wrong, I am just curious. But maybe ED changed how much sun shines during certain times and not just quality of the lightning. And Baltic keep up the good work. I am really looking forward to the 16/Syria campaign! And for the next Rave One (hopefully played with the 18 and not with the F14 so I can enjoy it )

Imho I'd like to have both. Sometimes after the whole day at work, you are too exhausted to play FF module. With FC3 you just have to hit couple of times the keyboard and then just fly. I am against this statement. If they moved FC3 to MAC and we would be able to play both DCS and MAC on one server, what would be the whole point of it to move FC3 away from DCS?

Hey, has anybody made the transition mentioned in the title? I am just curious about the travel distance of the NXT. On videos it seems to me kinda short and wanted your feedback on it guys. Is it comparable to the T16000M, shorter or longer? I am gonna also use the joystick to fly helos so that's why I am asking. Thanks

Had the same problem last friday in MP. No track. We took of from Liwa, did CAP and rearmed on Sharjah after we captured it (neutral to blue). We were unable to choose the fuel tanks. The airport had all munitions avaible in the game. Edit: forgot to add.... Open Beta DCS 2.5.6.61527.3 Edit Numero 2: Clean mission at the start. Could choose the fuel tanks at the beggining. Couldn't rearm them later on

oh. my. god. This topic is a god's send lmao. Exactly the same happened to me a year or two ago and the icon changed to the default one and I was frustrated. But it didn't bother me enough to dig around for solution. Well All activities tab is usefull.

The 20 series isn't overkill at all. After 2.7 the min req will be a 1070 because of 8GB VRAM. So I would say definetly go for a card like 1080ti with 11GB of VRAM or other 20 series card with enough VRAM if you are willing to spend so much

1070 here. High settings, 1080p. When I run SSAA 1.5 I've got around 40-45 fps. When I use MSAA 4x I am able to have 60+fps almost every time. And for your information you do not have to run MSAA and SSAA at the same time. Just choose one, because they are two different technologies doing the same. And you should choose a GPU with a minimum of 8GB VRAM.

Once you open a port, an attacker can get through that port, no? That's my amateur take at it. So could you elaborate what do you mean by "... some software listening..." please?

Hey, wanted to ask about ports and their security. Hopefully somebody can help me out. Got a question, maybe a couple. I share the internet with my family and we have couple of PCs connected to one router by LAN cable or by Wi-Fi. Down to the problem. I want to play with a friend Co-op missions, so I have to configure port triggering for 10308 and allow the connection. Then I have found this as seen in the file attached. Does it mean the connection through the port is sent only to my PC? Are other computers in the household safe from attacks through the DCS port? Thank you very much for any help and that you read all the text.

hahaha yes, it doesn't happen very often. That was just a very rare/special situation which depends on many things. For example you merged with Su25T with heavy load and you just spotted 10nm behind the su25 a Mig comming to help. Ofc Su25 isn't very agile so you can spend couple of seconds to fire a missile at the Mig. But I get your point ofc.

Oh my gosh this would be a game changer for me since I do not own MFDs Cougar and it is hard to let go of the HOTAS when you are merged and want to do a quick shot at somebody else at further range. And if only you could change the range by moving the TDC up and down like you mentioned on the SA page. That would be a dream come true. this would be definitely neat. Thank you very much for this throughout explanation.
