  1. It seems like failed missions revert the campaign to the previous one (I seem to recall it's a default behaviour with the campaigns). This is why I always ALT-F4 out unless I'm sure the mission was a success (partial or otherwise).
  2. Are you using SweetFX or a similar injector?
  3. Is this still necessary or has everything been officialy added with the latest patch?
  4. Congrats on the release!
  5. Sure, just wanted to make sure it wasn't broken or anything.
  6. The e-shop link for the OFP campaign returns an error page. :D
  7. I don't know about quick flight, but skins are selected in the mission editor. I don't think there's a way to apply a given skin every time you fly, unless you tinker with the gamefiles.
  8. You're right, I interpreted the OP's question as being strictly about the approach point.
  9. A bit of imprecision is hardly relevant, since you're just flying to an approach point. You shouldn't be following the ATC anyway, not in its current implementation. If you're VFR the approach point is mostly useless, if you're IFR you should be more reliant on TACAN and ILS than WPs and the TAD. Remember the HUD is not sanctioned for IFR conditions.
  10. Faster way instead of using the CDU OFFSET page: create an overhead MK, hook it, and use the TAD cursor (you'll have to cycle the mode).
  11. The speed set in the editor is GS (for some reason), meaning it must be set higher as the altitude increases. The tanker does no slowing down or anything like that. If memory serves, to achieve the correct 220 KIAS @ 15000 feet MSL the speed in the editor must be around 270 KGS.
  12. Then the mission is wrong. 185 KIAS is way too slow.
  13. Nice catch. Turns out I nailed it in the first few posts after all. :D I have the same feeling.
  14. v1.2.2 - Reverted the starting time to 6:45 following the fixing of the night lighting bug. - Changed the tanker's TACAN channel to a realistic value. - Made the AFAC text trigger slightly sooner. - Corrected a rare possible bug with the dearming station. - Made the target Phantom slightly slower. - Made the target MI-8 hold at 1000 feet instead of 500 feet. - Slightly modified some radio messages timings to avoid overlapping.
  15. Might very well be something with the server if you're seeing this in MP. I'm not seeing this behaviour in SP at all.
  16. Yes, but I can't remember where.
  17. Just completed a succesfull AAR with no problems. I don't know if it was some sort of placebo effect, but even after not having flown for more than a month I found AAR quite easier than I remembered. I managed to top off both tanks without a disconnect from around 3000 pounds, at night and during a racetrack turn. I believe it's the new boom physics being in place.
  18. Attached is a JSGME ready package that works with the latest DCSW version. Warheads Enhancement.rar
  19. What has changed lately is the boom now has a weight associated to it. It may be helping the aircraft to stay in position.
  20. As with the VTH++, is there an update for the latest patch?
  21. Any update needed for the latest patch?
  22. Ok thanks, knew about that and it has been a couple of months at least. I though they changed something else lately.
  23. How did the Maverick change?
  24. Given how they're working on an all new FLIR system, they're probably not taking it into account.
  25. The module seems to have a very good reputation, mainly thanks to the steady stream of improvements and RAZBAM's level of interaction with the community. It's also the first and until now only 4th gen ASM module available.
