Hey cool Pilots, Will it be possible to save my 1.5 and 2.1 mission builds and also my progress I've made in 2.1 Red Flag Campaign and also my Training Qual Campaigns be able to shipped over to the new 2.5? Apologies if this has already been addressed. Cheers G I know now I cannot transfer saved mission builds from 2.1 and 1.5 but I'm hoping my mission campaigns I purchased can be transferred over, I'm thinking yes. And I'm wondering if that great campaign Georgian Hammer and GH with CA is still there?

Too many whines and no cheese! I gotta agree with you SS, surely everyone should’ve suspected something like this to happen, with so many eating to torrent, it’s server crush time. So why is everyone freaking out? This is exactly what it says Open Alpha and we all know what happens with OA, sometimes there’s more bugs than a African Jungle, so what!? They eventually get ironed out and happy days will prevail. Everyone should take a deep breath, geez there are worse things. Hey when I get home from work soon, I’m not going to touch it, I can still meddle with some mission building and stuff and if I can’t then so be it. Thanks a bunch WC, appreciate that very much. How would one go about adding a bridge as a target in a mission build? I've checked out You Tube.. R79, Banjo and heaps of others but they only create targets that are in the list. I'm stuck man. Wish there was a nice little tutorial for this kinda stuff. I've actually knocked up a pretty cool little mission with two sep armour columns, a fuel and ammo depot but I want to add a bridge to make it more interesting. Don't know where to turn next. Any help much appreciated.

Hey BC, someone gave me this here ages ago. It helped me. Cheers Okay, here's the bootleg MS Paint approach. 1. Open PDF 2. Use scroll and zoom to pick desired text 3. Hit "Print Screen" key 4. Open MS Paint 5. Hit Paste to paste in a screen capture of what you were looking at 6. Use the select tool to select the text only from the image of your screen 7. Hit CTRL-X to crop the text out of the screenshot 8. Hit CTRL-N to open a new, blank image 9. Hit CTRL-V to paste in your text-only image 10. From the "home" menu, select "resize." Choose "pixels" and select 1024x768 You should now have a 1024x768 image of whatever text you wanted from your PDF. Repeat as necessary for however many pages. Save the images as .JPG files in the kneeboard folder path described by the others in this thread.

Hey cool Pilots, I'm trying to build a mission that incorporates blowing up a bridge as one of the objectives. I'm in the Caucuses map as there's heaps more there than in NTTR. I'm quite stuck and can't figure out how to do this. I've flown quite a few missions in the past that involve taking bridges out but I can't find any in the static structures list. Anyone know how to do this without script or lua writing? Any help, kindly appreciated. Cheers G

Hey cool Pilots, Reading Wag’s posts and noticed his specs.. “TM Warthog stick with extension / TWCS Throttle” . I’m not sure what the “extension” is but it had me thinking. I’m sure my rig can handle everything but will my TM HOTAS Throttle and Stick be good enough for the job? Man I’m hoping so. :noexpression::joystick:

PB your right man, now I think about it. The amount of work hours and effort behind in creating this project, that coupled with the great support base IS worth it! I understand now and $100 today is not like $100 yest if you know what I mean. I take my comment back. I prob WOULD pay $100 ( or $99.99 ) lol :doh: Whatever, I’m excited and a little nervous about the whole learning curve. The A-10C took a while to get happening and I’m still learning things about it but this one.. man oh man, it looks amazing but also daunting :smilewink:

Inflation? $$$ I'm kinda with you there BBt. I jumped on board mainly because I wish to try something diff and all the clips look pretty awesome and the hype an all but also importantly the discount. I mean if I paid full tilt, here in Downunder it works out a shade over $100, that's a bit steep for a AC don't you think? I'm willing to wait a few months or more till everything is presented perfectly, doesn't bother me, my Hog still keeps me happy. What bothers me a little tho is the price of this AC, I think this has got to be one of the most expensive releases yet? I'm cool with it now and the $78 I did fork out was a bit of a stretch. I'm not sure how anyone else feels but I don't think I would pay $100.

A TAD a TAD my kingdom for.. I think I'm goin to miss my TAD, been spoilt in my A-10C for too long :smilewink:

Well I sent my $78AU ( with discount! ) off into the ether last night for my pre-purchase. I know.. whatta ya gunna do with a lousy exchange rate huh? but for the months or even years of enjoyment it’s going to give me, it’s worth it. I’m so looking forward to this AC and yep been watching those Matt Wags clips on utube which are pretty awesome. I’ve made up my mind and def going to take the plunge and pre purchase the beautiful F/A-18C Hornet. Hey good Pilots Just checking something. In the Pit I couldn’t do without my Use Snap View. I’ve had it for ages now and think it’s an invaluable tool but I want to make sure I’ve initially set up mine correctly. When I hit Win + Numb I have to keep the selected Numb key depressed to keep that particular view otherwise it’ll just revert back. Is this correct or is there a way of keeping that particular view on screen without holding the Numb key down? Cheers G :book:
