Come on guys, its not that hard. Under controls its listed as COMM Switch - COMM 1 and COMM Switch - COMM 2.

Me and my friend are on a private server, and jumping in cold start F/A-18C's. As soon as my friend spawns (Im already spawned), I hear his APU starting up while he has not touched a button yet. Persian Gulf map, Sirri Island Airport. If you need more info or a video, let me know.

They only unlocked the Hornet in the Module Manager. Needs Open Beta update for DCS to recognize it, hence the error.

Max range should be around 16nm, but as you stated, the higher and faster you are, the further the missile can go. Not sure about the max aerodynamic range.

Your expectations and opinions are nice and you have the right to express them, but I don't think you understand the concept of Early Access, as many others do not understand it either. Early Access is a service from a developer for the players to get onboard early and help the developer with a cash flow upfront and help them find bugs, test, express opinions/feedback on how systems work etc. If you get in to Early Access just because you want to fly the plane, thats fine. But dont go on the forums and complain about stuff missing, stuff that in your opinion should get prioritezed and so on. That is all up to the developer, as with most other things. But for some reason people feel they suddenly deserve something as soon as they spend money on something, which was their own choice in the first place. But hey, who am I to say all this.

If that is the reason you leave it in your hangar, then why buy the Early Access? I just don't get it sometimes. There is no specific info on that, unless someone from Razbam responds to this. They usually do one system at the time and knowing this community a bit, most people usually want the combat systems complete first, after that comes non combat essential equipment like INS alignment.

There is nothing classified about patterns, ILS info, airport info etc. Iran might be a different story, but Im pretty sure you can just find all the charts you need when it comes to the UAE and Oman etc.

Charts for the Persian Gulf are not released for the Early Access release of this map. They will probably be added in a later stage, as they did with Nevada. For the Nevada charts, check your DCS folder. Go to Mods\Terrains\Nevada\Kneeboard and you will find all the charts you will ever need :thumbup:

Use the command line DCS_updater.exe update @openbeta in the Command Prompt. This way it does not require a complete reinstall, but you have some updates to do, since the Release branch is now effectively 2 updates 'behind' and then there is the PG map. Good luck.
