  1. Lighting effects are looking mighty pretty these days. Makes for quite a nice, bright target null
  2. ah that does seem off. i'll try again with 500lb bomb and see if it works on my end
  3. ah maybe that's it. i assumes a rocket barrage would make the trees dance as well. the explosions look really big (check out my vid attached)

  6. ah looks like the update wasn't working. normally it checks for update when loading but maybe MT doesn't do that anymore? not sure, but updating now
  7. Wanted to test out the new shockwave effects on vegetation so fired off a couple missiles from the Huey. However there was just a regular explosion and no shockwave or plant movement. Is it only implemented with some aircraft?

  11. I'm pushing the autopilot button but nothing happens and the light doesn't come on. i've tries using the disconnect trigger well. in fact I've pressed all of the AP buttons, however nothing happens nad no lights come on. is there something else you need to do before you can active AP? null

  14. Is there a key telling us the meaning of different colored smoke coming out of damaged planes? Looking to better understand the visual damage model currently in place.

  17. i just started flying this plane and was very confused I couldn't change the gunsight depression with a key binding. this is needed sorely. also a g-force meter max/min reset
  18. except the manual doesn't explain why it's not turning off. its' been on the whole flight. which, according to the manual, means the batteries are still overheating even during flight and generators on
  19. ignoring the ghosting, do you find DLSS or MSAA to look better, especially the outline of objects.?
  20. guys, OP here, I think I got it to work. The missing link was the requirement to enable the Nvidia App overlay. This is not enabled by default so I had to go do that. It's still a little wonky and I can't adjust HDR sliders in-game for some reason. But I do really like the way it looks. Note I'm using RTX HDR and not the RTX Dynamic Vibrance (which gives it that bright wonky colors). Highly recommend!

  22. weird, i was reading in other threads that you need to DISABLE auto hdr in order for rtx hdr to work,

Oh it does work in DCS? i took screenshot with both the new RTX features on and off and compared them side by side and there was no difference on my end. so thats why some of us in this thread thought it might not work in DCS. can you take a look at my settings in the screenshot and let me know if you notice any glaring issues? i would really like to get this working null
  24. Does anyone know if there are any P-51 texture or graphics updates in the pipeline? I was flying it today and noticed a lot of the texture works looks pretty outdated compared to some of the newer modules. screenshot attached as an example nulldoes it matter what skin you're using, or are all skins equal when it comes to texture quality?
