i tried. but I don't see the option. am i missing something? UPDATE: nevermind I see you have to be completely alone for it to work

I have myself and my 3 wingmen on the way to enemy ships with bombs. I told them to attack enemy ships. I went up and did a great dive bomb and took one out. However I look back and my wingmen are all climbing up super high, circling back, and attempting to drop bombs on the ship straight and level from like 10,000 feet. How can I make them dive bomb like they're supposed to?

How can I select "Start from Gound" or ground hot with the Spitfire in the ME?

DCS: SA342 Gazelle Complete English Cockpit Mod
dresoccer4 replied to Devrim's topic in Utility/Program Mods for DCS World

I have a 4090 as well and DCS is running at about 120fps with max settings on 1440p ultrawide, however I have DLSS completely disabled (except for DLAA) as it's not needed. what are your settings and FPS?

good to know, thanks

Hello Mr. Developer, is there a mission list somewhere I can review that has a quick synopsis of each mission? Sometimes I go long periods of time between missions so looking for a mission list overview to keep me up to date.

as others have said, what in the world are you talking about "magic autopilot"? i've noticed this issue of a mindset with many DCS pilots that seem to forget a copilot is a thing. the Huey is actually more realistic in that regard than, say, the Mi-8 which doesn't have this functionality. The copilot is there to help you, USE him. i just found out recently he can hold a pretty mean orbit pattern as well as straight and level

i mean there have been a million updates since last I've flown her, including a complete FM overhaul. that was also the same update they removed the AP last august

ADMIRAL189'S CORNER - INCOMING SHIP MODELS
dresoccer4 replied to Admiral189's topic in Static/AI Mods for DCS World
this would be a fun ship to see in DCS. really like it's circular mast Gowind-class design - Wikipedia -
update: well i finally fixed it but i had to go nuclear and delete the entire input folder. i backed up the keys so will go in and re-load plane by plane and hopefully it stays fixed

sad news. the battle continues...

thanks for the detailed explanation. so i went to the place you described and opened up my mouse.diff.lua and this is what I see. i don't see a MOD segment. what happens if i just deleted the whole "transpose" segment and load the sim again. i'll try it now local diff = { ["keyDiffs"] = { ["d1593pnilu1594cdnilvdnilvpnilvunil"] = { ["added"] = { [1] = { ["key"] = "MOUSE_BTN2", }, }, ["name"] = "Camera transpose mode (press and hold)", }, ["d363pnilunilcdnilvdnilvpnilvunil"] = { ["added"] = { [1] = { ["key"] = "MOUSE_BTN3", }, }, ["name"] = "Force cursor to show, toggle", }, }, } return diff

8 months later: anyone know if there's been any positive movement on the Mossie FFB field? I haven't flown her in a long time because of this so haven't kept up with the updates. any good news from the home front, chaps?
-
that would be weird if they added in all of these new keys and abilities into the main control menus...for something that doesn't exist and might not for a long time. i'm not saying you're wrong, but i'm just wondering if there's another explanation possibly.
-
ah that's a huge bummer. i've been really looking to try out the Gazelle again because I saw there have been a million updates to it. but i used the AP functions a lot in the past, so gonna wait until those get fixed before trying to re-learn all her systems.

how do you "recreate the missing modifier"? currently there is no key command or modifier mapped to the Transpose function. if I go in and add a mapping (right mouse button 2), the red exclamation mark is still there. not sure what else to do with this. how can you see all of your duplicate mappings? if you look at my screenshot the Transpose command has nothing mapped to it at all, so how can there be duplicate?
-
what does that mean? in the screenshot you can see there are no keys binded to that action at all. i tried resetting it and re-binding it, but the red exclamation won't go away and it essentially renders that command useless. which is a shame since i rely on transpose quite a bit

i searched this forum for "Mission 10" but all that turned up was your comment
