They are using A2A TACAN and your RIO tunes to that automatically when it's relevant.

I don't control every control input of the AI, it just goes from one WP to another, sometimes straight, sometimes not, this is all core AI code. I can't dynamically get the current heading, and feed it to the player.

Use a2a TACAN and maintain the separation.

Yes.

AI Wingman parking at runway crossing
Reflected replied to OmasRachE's topic in F-16C Arctic Thunder Campaign
Thanks, ED's already looking into it: -
I already replicated the bug and sent it to ED. It’s a dcs wide ai bug. I guess the workaround for now is, once you get clearance from tower, buglt lead doesn’t take off is to go around them, take off, and then circle back to rejoin Baltic does not monitor this section of the forums, please reach out to him in his section to let him know.

Hey all, I'm doing a tutorial series about the F4U Corsair. I hope they will help you master this legendary beast:

Thanks, I'm glad you like the campaign, but sorry that's absolutely not going to happen. 1) Technically, I can't move a mission to another map, I need to rebuild it from scratch which is an immense work. 2) All the voice overs, briefings, maps, everything is built around locations on the modern Marianas map. Andersen AFB, Hagatna Harbor, The warehouses, Company HQ, the Golf Course, Guam Memorial Hospital, etc... these are NOT on the WW2 version 3) Therefore, basically I'd need to invent completely new missions, record new voice overs and make new briefing visuals and maps. All I could use from Paradise Lost would be the skins. It's the equivalent of building a new campaign from scratch, so it's most definitely not going to happen. Maybe if one day we get a Vietnam map, I may do another campaign, but for the WW2 Marianas there's absolutely no point in investing the energy and time it would require. I'd much rather invest that into a Corsair campaign

Minor Graphic Errors in Training Cold Start ( VR )
Reflected replied to Robi Hobby's topic in Bugs and Problems
Where that pilot is standing is an uncontrolled AI. The player is parked 100 yards behind the camera. -
It's not you, the CW/Voice switch animations are reversed. So now you need to switch to Voice to activate the ARR-2.

Unlimited Fuel and Ammo Unnecessary in all missions?
Reflected replied to Dauntless 7's topic in Bugs and Problems
Unlimited fuel is enforced OFF in all missions. Unlimited ammo is only enforced ON in combat training missions, where IRL you can call as many fox 2s as you like. It's more realistic this way. On deployment it's enforced OFF.- 1 reply

'Zemke's Wolfpack', the 56th Fighter Group was one of the most famous fighting units of the USAAF in World War II. Flying the P-47 Thunderbolt throughout their time stationed in England, the Group had more ace pilots and destroyed more enemy aircraft in air combat than any other. After the success of the original Wolfpack campaign, Reflected Simulations set out to reconstruct 12 further missions flown by the 56thFighter Group between D-Day and July 1944, picking up the storyline right where the first one ended. With the help of an extensive archive of original combat reports, you'll be able to relive these events in DCS World exactly the way they happened 80 years ago. Step inside this time machine to be transported back to 1944. First as a flight lead, then later as Squadron CO you'll be able to experience first hand what it was like to fly with the legendary Wolfpack as part of the 'Mighty Endeavor', the greatest military operation in history. Localization: English Requirements: DCS: P-47D Thunderbolt DCS: Normandy 2.0 Map DCS: WWII Assets Pack

Cannot fire HVAR & Tiny Tim rockets in Training Missions
Reflected replied to GeoS72's topic in Bugs and Problems
I'm on it! -
Can you please post a trk file? ED doesn’t accept tacview files.

Yepp, those are the 2 I’m working on

@Tulkas thanks so much for the feedback and the kind words. That grade sheet is pretty good actually, well done! MiG Killers would be a great follow up for this one, although for a different airframe. Zone 5 is a logical sequel too

It doesn’t matter too much, just be at the marshal point at the push time (for your tot) the only way to mess up your procedures there is to get out of your altitude blocks or push past the marshal too soon

I'm also getting disconnects lately. Link stops working (cable) and I go back to Oculus Home. Usually right after starting link, or starting DCS, sometimes when loading a mission. Meta has got to have the worst customer service in history. I tried VD but it's not an option for me due to poor connection.

Let's hope so!

No, the SAM should completely ignore you. There are 3 manpads, I've never seen them not launch. Unless ED broke the manpads.

That never happened to anyone else, are you sure you don't have any mods? Try running a slow repair. There are several safety triggers to make sure he's dead.
