  1. IT just happens sometimes. You need to reselect that sound in the editor - just one trigger - and then it works. It's really annoying.
  2. Here's a teaser of my upcoming Wolfpack 2: Overlord DCS P-47 Campaign. This is the first intro cutscene, set on June 5 1944. The campaign consists of 12 historical missions as well as many other cutscenes.

  7. Yeah the mission was designed before Heatblur changed the weapons restrictions. You do have 2 Sparrows. The kneeboard has already been updated, I'll update the briefing too.
  8. I also had some problems, the first one always dropped fine, the second got stuck sometimes. It's either a GBU-8 bug or a Phantom bug.
  9. Okay, so you probably messed up the navigation, because there is no AAA gun at the IP T junction. You were somewhere else. what runway did you want to hit? Your target was the SA-3. More specifics in the briefing Yes, the OCA guys almost always take care of the bandits....almost. It's slightly randomized, be prepared to defend yourself, or run. It’s the point of training There is only 1 track and 1 tanker with boom, and the tacan is on the kneeboard card if you want to make sure you hit the right one - the other one has baskets. The radio control is never given to you automatically. I’d really need to see a playthrough video to know to figure out what you missed.
  10. As the briefing says, the mission will get much easier once heatblur gives us the tools to make Jester handle the pod automatically
  11. No, none of this is programmed. Remove all mods and run a full repair. I can’t delete your assignments from the mission editor or make them not work.
  12. OK, I flew the mission a couple of times. While the bandit reengaging and shooting again is not a problem - that would happen IRL too -, I will apply a few fine tunings.
  13. Looks like the skins work on the S-3 , but not on the tanker.
  14. M3: yepp. Although when the SA-6 pops up is slightly randomized, it's a problem that you may encounter on real life missions as well. M4: Why did you cross back? The message says "Cross under Waldo's jet to inspect the hung ordnance" - during BDC you cross under and come up the other side. After the thumbsup he's set to follow on the right.

  16. Thank you for stopping by and sharing your thoughts! I'm glad you enjoyed it. I agree the 20 minutes on the ramp can be boring, but unfortunately that's just how long the INS alignment takes. I wonder if you ever revisited a mission, and noticed anything play out slightly differently due to the randomization triggers.
  17. You overstressed it, not oversteered it’s hard without physical feedback, but you’ll get a feel for it, how much you can pull. The in game g breathing sound is a clue too, I think it comes on at 4-5 gs
  18. I guess you turned on the hud before the engines were running.
  19. It's more complex than that. What if it's an orbit point? What if it's the target? There are plenty of triggers making sure Jester switches exactly when it's needed. I checked mission 2, I left a typo in the trigger, that's why he doesn't switch at the push (he will still do it as you overfly the WP though)
  20. No, Jester always switches wps, you don’t need to touch it.
  21. Yeah sometimes the load mission function just fails randomly for some people. It’s just dcs if some chatter doesn’t play take a screenshot of your message history menu. Otherwise I can’t figure out what you missed. Probably something in the taxi checks?

  23. Hey, thanks for the heads up, I'll have a look. Did you, by any chance change the name of the player's unit in the editor? Did you score any enemy kills? Did you get hit yourself?
