pls dont direct me to chucks guide. I read it. dont direct me to youtube, I chcked using jtacs, 'navy seals' other planes, however, how do you drop buddy lazed gbus in SP and MP? In SP I tried, with targets lazed in Earnest Will. The bombs had to be dropped CCRP, which I hate. still I tried and set them nose fuze, dropped one at a time. CCRPd the oil derrick. the bombs DID NOT track. Others have said the mode doesnt matter, just drop and theyll track. this hasnt been my experience so first in SP step by step what do you do? second in MP , as the RIO , do you set the bombs to manual? I can use the lantirn, but Im talking buddy lazing ,do you set the bomb switch to manual? does it matter? ive been told it doesnt matter..

I found its very useful when learning a plane I used to autostart the F14 and now I cold start it either seat. I see NO HARM in using it whatsoever. Some planes are easy to start - if you NEED to autostart the F86 for example.. maybe you need Ace Combat. Others like the huey... Its so laborious, just autostart the damn thing. The Huey autostarting Ill add wont particularly give you insight into how the actual helo works. Cold start with the F14 DOES help you understand the plane. same with many others.

I can confirm Sabot LOVES the autothrottle. Hes an awesome stick. except that last time with the ramp strike

1. the plane was basically built as a fleet defender and built specifically with the radar/phoenix package in mind. Youd be an idiot to expect phoenix dogfights. 2. Fleet defense also means wide, flat spaces around the ship. Very easy to spot at long range with radar. 3. IRL you have better SA than in a game, and there was also another human to help you spot 4. As others have said its actually not as bad as you say at all. I dogfight best with the F14 and thats ironic considering some of my other planes. I have NOT had the same probs as you. Yes it isnt a bubble canopy. Well it is, just not the front. Ill also add as others said they needed the front part of the windscreen flat . There IS NOT a hud - youre looking at letters and shapes projected on that flat front windscrn.

Theres precious little content for the sabre as is. This campaign was worth every dollar and was very well made. my only regret is it couldnt have been much longer, perhaps also with the player beginning in CAS in F51s. Or some missions have it be a slot and optional idk. but 5/5 whole thing was amazing, the casey jones mission was a ball tad unrealisitic though it was. if the maker sees this can he PLZ pm me regarding how he made the dams explode???

I have to admit using just the recommend resolution for my comp (1280 720 or something) it looked the same to me and Id spot contacts so much better Im gonna switch back and see.

ok thx then it must've been that the same graphics settings but less pixels meant enemy or friendly contacts out far stood out more, and therefore Id spot sooner. its tempting to go back as my SA was better, and tbh I dont really notice that much difference on graphics. I think if I went back I would notice the difference however =)

ok and thats cool but I was never saying either was better. I said *what I thought I liked better personally and aesthetically at that*. I def didnt mention F18s, Im a F14 guy thank you very much. While what you say may be true; you dont seem to understand my point. You arent going to *make* me like a module. I never said "Ka50s suck" I said I personally didnt like ka50 of *all* the modules. Oh well. I didnt say " I demand my money back! " or anything ridiculous. I dont care if the AP channels allow me to psychically control death drones; I just know I want to fly the mi24, and not the KA50. and until the Mi24, I probably will stick with the already somewhat overwhelming list of planes I end of flying (f14, uh1, Jf17, f86, f5,)

Thanks, but mind you sir, Ive literally not flown the KA50 in years now. Its nothing I can say is holding my performance as its been so long. I vaguely remember it being difficult to fly and keep SA, and also not have the rotors hit eachother etc. I remember her being fast and vikhrs working well. But remember this was a few years ago and the ground forces sucked more and I quickly tired of jsut hovering and shooting vikhrs beyond stand off. I didnt progress to more advanced stuff than that - that was the best I could do - ha ha. Im too swamped to dl the KA50 now though. I honestly am. Im in AG51 and RIO a f14 sometimes stick one; Im flying the excellent Hunters/Yalu campaign for the F86 now; I got the JF17 and am in love with it. Frankly the hinds is the only new module for me thats announced right now.

I knew about this too. Yes it is useful. of course it doesnt tell you if there were kills but it has your planes speed aspect all that, fascinating. the checklists are brilliant. I have some epic battles trying to get my squad to even LOOK at the jeff. its a shame! its such a good plane! people hear china or pakistan and get iffy
