Gregory, as ex mil I totaly understand your reasoning. I can assure you, that its more or less the same all over the world...there is always somebody in the organisation, who can and will make your life miserable just because he/she thinks you crossed the line. It's "do not feed the lion" policy. One deprives general public of some valuable insight without breaching security, but that is the price of being in the mil.

thanks for clearing this up. But aren't the i5 and AMD Ryzen (almost) all quad cores? That should be the starting point for development. I would be happy to pay my share for DCS development.
