As a Steam lover, I join the voices saying use the standalone for DCS. Not Steam

I truly couldn't find any mission name. Red team is supposed to spawn at Kutaisi (and we actually can), but base is listed as blue on f10 map. We can't rearm or refuel. Someone managed to move some troops and apparently Kutaisi became red, but i read someone in chat complaining for more things, like friendly sam shooting. I can't give you more info as I had to close for now

Current mission which just started is broken. RED team can takeoff from Kutaisi but not rearm as it is a blue airport. We need to slowboat to northern airports fro rearming Can an admin restart the server with a new mission please?

Hi there I restarted several times the stock campaign for mig21, and I never managed to successfully finish the second mission. I am following the instructions, which is get to the bullseye and shoot enemy aircrafts, without going too much into their airspace. I get to a pooint where there are no more enemy aircrafts, and some -apparently- just stick over their airports with sam cover. The only thing I can do is land back at Kutaisi and quit. Does anyone have a hint on how to finish it?

with my mig21 and albatros i took note of the ndb stations i intended to fly by and pinpoint my position using adf instruments. I think that depends on the level of difficulty you want to take

I am experiencing hard times setting up properly facetracknoir for delainclip. All movements seem to be ok, but yaw movements is somehow tied to roll movement. In other words when I look up/down, it makes a very little movement (specially when looking down, it's almost flat) but it rolls significantly. It seems I can solve this by disabling X axis on facetracknoir settings (translating left/right), but of course x axis is something I do want to have. Does anyone have a solution for this? UPDATE: I think I have solved it. I managed to disable only roll axis, it is working now apparently. Thx for everyone who helped me (me and myself :D )

I've been out of the game and I need a quick brief. What's new in blueflag server? The desktop app seems to not be working, and neither is the web map. Also I checked few times on the multiplayer server list and never saw the blueflag one, unless I was that unlucky to do that everytime during server restart

Although I'd love a refuelling probe, I'd say go for full fidelity of the aircraft of reference. Regarding Mavericks, please do something :) I love the F-5 but I feel like it is lacking of an "interesting" weapon.

Also, the browser map seems to not display number of active players and conflict areas. And final question, are there still any comm arrays? btw this new version seems to be very interesting, a big step ahead

just to avoid confusions, there are actually no FAR or NEAR switches, just OUTER and INNER. But the manual calls it far/near. I assume your suggestion is - if set on outer, it tunes on inner automatically when it is supposed to do so? Also, what is this "rotary 2-4-6-8" about? There is a rotary to select "regions" like 1-1, 1-2, 2-1 and so on

To my understanding, this happens only when you have to drop external tanks when they are not completely empty. It makes sense but is human factor modelled ingame? If it is an error, why it keeps repeating with the same values under the same conditions?

Hi there I have an issue involving external fuel tanks. Once you add wing tanks (and then remove them), the fuel indicator still reads as there is the extra fuel from wings. I have managed to reproduce the issue in this way: - Rearm Wing Tanks, and centre line 490l ---> reads 4 - Rearm NO Wing Tanks, and centre line 800l ---> reads 4,2 - Rearm Wing Tanks, and centre line 800l ---> reads 4,2 stripping down everything seems to solve the issue. I got these readings reproducing those steps in that exact way. Also, I get the expected readings if I make my first rearm of the "mission", or by doing those steps in different ways including downgrading the centre tank from 800 to 490 one. I can't say if this is due to the 26/05 patch, it is the first time I notice this. Map is Caucasus 1.5 (or whatever version after the introduction of Normandy map, which I don't own)

Other than what has already been said, keep in mind you can get the same reading of radar altitude on its relative analouge instrument. It is located on the frontal panel about full left/centre and has a scale up to 300m. On that instrument, you can set the radar altimeter warning. Switch the knob to the desired altitude, if you go below that, a warning tone will be heard. Also if you are totally new about radar/baromethric altitude, nothign explains better the difference than flying within 300m from a hill's edge. When you do that, read the radar altitude instrument and baromethric instrument

I like flying the L39. But I'd like to see those two aircrafts
