with recent dcs news about doorgunner updates, only hoping that at minimum the hind doorgunner position will have 1 the UP/DOWN gun axis and LEFT/RIGHT gun axis will be assignable in the axis commands section of the mi24 gunner role 2 you can assign to joysticks, and mouse 3 dedicated multiplayer slot THE DOORGUNNER IMPLEMENTATION on the UH1H was just perfect LET IT BE THE SAME FOR HIND AND HIP! (and GAZ)

make sure your server browser doesnt have fliters on... usually clicking on the icons on the top left will hide or show servers with certain options!

noticed a bunch of sync problems during a multiplayer setting, especially after crashing. even unjoining the slot does not help. i notice the following situation after crash 1) simshaker audio effects going off as if crashed, but both pilot and copilot respawn in to a fresh helicopter, but audio effects keep going causing my buttkicker to continuously vibrate (also i see the rotor blades being erratic with micro flapping seen visually going up and down..) but the helicopter is new / fresh and still is off 2) after the same crash, the pilot is performing start up sequence, but i hear and see nothing going on... and all of a sudden, the helicopter is flying but doors have not closed, and blades appear to be in a start sequence, so it feels like the helicopter is flying but not fully started up added track file here https://drive.google.com/file/d/1r_ULxrFBJRzqz3SJ6RqWI8mfuq-MEmzp/view?usp=sharing

Today I watched a video about the hot3 system and how to employ. I'm going to setup and test. The new polychop coder is giving me a reason to check out if it helps to find the bugs and bring a better experience for this heli

This has been a problem for the past few years. As the minigun door gunner, looking at the gazelle tail section, I see the tail missing and the exhaust cover floating in air, especially apparent in virtual reality

im trying to find out for friend if openXR toolkit is usable on oculus quest 2. i can get it to work with HP odyssey, reverb, and Varjo Aero with no problem... but find info for oculus quest has been a challenge...- 688 replies

i was checking out the video control box. when i slew the camera, i get a weird vibration in simshaker sound application. i dont know if there is intended sound effect when you slew the camera... it feels like turbulence... even though i am landed on the ground.. -

i tried this last week, and the deck crew did not go through the blast deflectors. how ever, the carrier was flying over some island.. i felt like i was in star wars, on that jabba the hut barge... will try again with new open beta update that just came out today -

is the extension still necessary after last update?

my dude @Dogmanbird when you play in VR, it doesnt matter how your build physically looks. as long as you can swing the virtual door guns around, that is all that matters. you should try the forgotten war discord.. they limit to korea/nam era stuff. (im annoyed i cant use miniguns on the hueys) GREAT BUILD! thank you for building one, i had so many ppl as me for my 3d print of the minigun housing, but that portion has nothing to do with the main pot control of the pintle
