Make sure you are using the proper EXE. the patch left the 1.01 on the desktop had to put the 1.02 exe.on the desk top my self.

The AH64A was planed but the US goverment said it was ok for ED to releas it in DCS so the AH64A got bumped. I realy want the AH64a

works fine for me as well. dont like some of the changes but that is just me

we had a vote last year. The F18 was on top the list along with the AH 64 and F16 and a few Rus plains

Do you have just lockon or did you buy FC or FC2 addon for it. If not forget Lockon part and just get FC2 addon and play that . FC2 does have a ATI problems. You will need to role back your driver till you find one that works.

AF 16x AA 8x on a singel GT8800. looks great and keeps good FPS

BS can be put into game mode to make things easyer. FC2 has more options in air frames to play with. FC2 does not have as many things to learn as BS if in simulation mode. But BS will blow your mind if you learn it right.

You might try using roterys that have a longer throw betwean detents. 45* or so. That may help. Roterys with the small detents were realy ment as volum control and don't realy matter if you miss a few detents when rapidly spinning the dile.

This is somthing I will fallow to see how it turns out. But it doesnot have the abillty to work with other aircraft in a MP enviroment. If they are doing this privet it is a major undertaking. And may not see the shelvs for a few years. He has all ready ben working on it since Sep 2009. One other thing it wont be to the standards of DCS realism as we all know the AH-64D is still classified. I think DCS has the upper leag on them for now.

I use MAGIX Movie Edit Pro wile not as good as Sony it is very powerfull for the price. 64 movie tracks and 32 sound editing tracks. With more features than I know about or have the time to test out.

FC2 has an updated editor. It have a few options that BS does not. I would sujest that you build all missions in FC2. It wont matter witch editor you use the missions are interchangable with both SIMS

if you change your gama setings a little it will alow you to see just enough to flit the baterys and light switch. After that you are golden...

You know what I am just so use to posting in here I forgot I was talking about FC2. The BS sounds are perfict for me.

As soon as I close my canopy all but the RWR and switches can be heard. If I crank the volum I can here them but at a very low level. I will check my sound settings and get back to you. But I would still like to know how to adjust the cocpit volum whin the canopy is closed

I their a way to increas the sound lvl in the cocpit. I like to be able to here the sounds a little bit at least. I think it is funny that I can here other jets behind me and cant hear my own jet. I love the the sounds just need to be able to adjust them. Thanks in advance CAT

Looks great. Cought the delay right away and tought it was a bit long. the wobble thing well you can guss on that. other than that WOW can't wait for the full thing.

If you select the cannon with out actvating the schval you will have a bore sight with out the schval on. hitting P will actavate the gun sight on the TV. rockets always have a bore sight in the hud. but locking a TGT with the schval will give you the proper range to TGT and put the piper in its proper location in the HUD.

page 2-44/45 for basic info in data link. Here is the short version on how to store a target to the ABRIUS. make sure you do not have a Nav TGT selected on the PVI-800 locate the target you want to store select TGT type hit send/mem buton The target is now on your ABRIUS there is a max TGT count you can add to the ABRIUS so only slect the mose importent targets to take out. Reset your system and move up to your attack position. Now is the fun part using the data link to relocate the TGT. select the TGT you want buy hiting the TGT type on the data link panel. now hit the ingress button (middle yellow button on DLINK) make sure you are facing the TGT genral area and hit UNCAGE SCHVAL. It shuld move to the TGT area that you saved. It wont be perfict, as you have moved your location. I a little looking near buy wind find it quick enough. Start killing things. A) I will start out at say 14kl searching for targets. Save the ones that are the bigist threat. Then locate a safe zone to hover at out of reach of their weapons. Engage the most dangrous ones first. when out of vickers go in with guns. b) hardly ever do this with vicks. I will employ this tatic with rocket attacks. Refer to A for best tatic. Anything other than that and you are giting funky props for fancy flying. :thumbup:
