it is a issue that can not be fixed with the curint game. The only way to be able to see the buttons is have all screans the same resilution as the main screan/ same size monitor. mostly hight is the issue.

Don't try to use the key board. the cocpit is clickable. Just learn the pit and click the switch's. It will be much easer than using the keyboard commands. The X52 joy is top pick for the KA-50 right now. and the price has ben droping omn it as well.

You can go to a print shop and have printed out for less.

I am on the spiral bound and colour, Tabs optional. I loved the Janes manuals made it easy to go thrue and they were compact. I liked the F/A-18E one the best. It was just the right size. (hint, hint)

I use them so that my air cover or CAS can spot my location and dont shoot me down.

I will buy it but I probly wont fly it I love the A-10. The only thing that will pull me away will be the AH-64.

With out a ground crew it will never happen. but I think that it would be posable to take off and fly around VFR mabe navagate some waypoints. and RTB now the landing I agre with not going to happen with just sim time. it is a feal thing that takes some real training befor trying on your own. But it is in the realm of posabillty with the right pilot's/person's.

in the right conditions I have no problem with it. But at night a GPS bomb is nice to have, no. What I am realy looking forward to are the retarted bombs that I can drop at supper low alt at top speed. Drop a full load on a empty and usless target night after night. (Flight of the intruder)

Yea but un till I have a high speed multy role fighter / bomber I would like to pretend I have one with the LGB's and GPS weapons

Read the breafing first. Know the mission befor going in. Be on the VOIP program that the sever is on. know the side you are on and the type of epuipment being used on both sides. Hopefuly target points are used for the target insted of a WP. (pet peav) and over all seet time in multy player severs over time you will learn what to look for as you go on the missions.

I re looked at the F15's and they have the sniper pod mounted. Dam F-15E pilots get all the good stuff....

Speed the only time I have the KH-25ml explode is if I lose a lock, turn off target to far, use the wrong mode, here is a big one ti gets shot down wile in flight to target (2s6,ships exc. exc.) If attacking a ship launch two at a time like you discribed befor, launching 1 at a time.

But it is not to the DCS standard, That is why it was easy. The work load would be unreal in a DCS F-15 2 seater. I would love to have any 2 seater aircraft, but ED needs to put out a few singel seaters befor that happens. And for the first 2 seater I want the AH-64 or F-111:D P.S. I loved Janes F-15

Normal mode is not to be used with the KH 25ML. Second meathod good. But keep in mind only the first 20 seconds are for lasing with a 40 second cool down. A cool thing that you can doo with the KH 25ML to extend its range is in multy player you can have a wing man lase for you and whin his laser stops you turn your on. This will extend your range out to 15K well out side of some sam's range. Or you can sneak up to 9K to target have a buddy at 15K and lase for you. Popup fire and then hide.

I have no problem helping people out that are new. But most people new to flight sim's and flying in genral just don't know how much they realy need to read the manual. I have offered my TS3 sever and myselff up to train anyone that wants to learn. No requirement to join my groop, only my forum for eas of contacting each other outside of E-mail. I just reques that they know the basic information like what all the gauges are and their use. If I know a new guy is comming with no flying back ground or flight sim time. I can plan ahead ot time a training corse to get them up to speed ASAP. But the basicks can be learned just by reading the first 2 chapters in the manual. thoes are the questions that bug me the most. "What is the PVI 800?" :doh:
