how do we make the labels smaller? about a quarter of the size ???

Exact same here , watercooled 4.8ghz rock solid cool & stable

Running min settings makes no difference I7 @ 4.8ghz , gtx1080ti , Samsung 950 Pro SSD ( fastest one I could find ) OS + DCS installed on this

*****SOLVED : loaded up the samsung software and allowed it to run mimimised, so I have it to run at windows startup now strange ...it must speed the samsung ssd hard drive up somehow ------------------------------------------------------------------------ solved this problem in previous versions by getting the fastest SSD ( installed OS + DCS on it ) & solved but even with the fastest SSD hard drive known to man, the little loading pauses are back -did a fresh install of DCS 2.5 etc on same SSD dcs needs to access hard drive there are now micro loading pauses -split second but big & total immersion killer

is there a fix ????

great cheers, what is a path dcs profile ? you mean the path of my dcs installation ? i think simtools motion is knocking the file out ?? cant get them both together like before edit: think i sorted it, its order of installing , simtools first then sim shaker thanks

Hi the vibration units I want to be used by sim shaker are plugged into the rear L&R of my sound card how do I tell sim shaker to output to these??

pixel 1.4 all shadows flat better performance with 2,5, looks nicer too great update!

the UI audio slider is over riding other sliders, eg is music is put to zero then no other sound at ll obvious bug thanks

****SOLVED , THE MUSIC SLIDER IN UI AUDIO OPTIONS OVERIDES OTHER SLIDERS , BUG no sounds at all except UI music ran dcs reapair, re-installed updated oculus rift software/re-setup etc rift works with all sounds, youtube,,windows and tested in another title zero problem DCS 2.5 isnt giving any other sounds other than the music ( which is the one thing i turn to zero ) any ideas ??

Hi , constructive feedback below : -no motion feed, all other aircraft run my motion setup no probs except spit -target looks to big and cartoonish, quite bad -handling seems simplified this plane needs some dev time to bring it to the standard to be at least ready for BETA sale its been released way to early & gives ED a bad name thanks for reading

all ok here with a 1080ti re-install DCS & start with med settings , that should work PS DONT USE A.A supersample its a fps killer, Pixel uplift sample set at 1.7 no probs

overclock that CPU ( change for one you can overclock if that's a locked version) put a water block on it or a big aftermarket cooler move to a 980ti minimum , 1080ti if you have the cash there sorted no problems PS most PC cases have very poor cooling simply cut a big hole in the side and mount a large extraction fan too

I'm still running an i7 2600k -overclocked to 4.8ghz now on a 1080ti my pc runs VR brill its fluid smooth experience, if I were you overclock that i5 of yours (get a big cooler or even water block&fan) so just spend the monies on that big gpu ( & perhaps fans to cool etc, but I'd go water cooling ) awaiting a block to watercool the gpu too as summer is coming and I dont want it throttling down then I'll overclock that too happy days PS remember benchmarks utilise all cpu cores, DCS & most other titles only use 1 to 2 cores and the sandy bridge performs great in single/duel core mode and overclocks extreamly well, most PC cases are terrible at cooling its very cheap/easy to cut a big hole in the side and mount a large extraction fan

Sorry for the thick question ( I've pre-ordered ) Was the actual release end of April ? I also soley use the P-51 do I need to bother with the spitfire ? Had DCS official spitfire been released ?

Hi all after selling my MSI1080 gamer X (brill card) I'm using my trusty old 780titan runs pretty well ( I use VR only ) on lower settings but not going to try DCS or my Sim-racing titles as been spoilt with the 1080 incredible how the VR experience was so much better with 1080 & its more than just a pretty much rock solid frame rate enjoying Google Earth VR (mind blowing experience for me) & robo recall for fun on lowest settings hope to pick up a msi 1080ti G.X available over next month hopefully (1080 sold for £440 ) be ready for DCS WW2 content which I've already pre-purchased too

Sold my 1080 Awaiting the MSI1080ti gamer X should be within the next month Based on available info I'm expecting around a 10 to 15% boost in DCS Gone back to my old gtx 780 Titan I only use VR & the gtx10 series are very optimised for VR So there's really no comparison , my 1080 was good the ti version will be the icing on the cake

1080 sold on ebay ( £440 ) will grab an MSI 1080 ti gamer X on release going back to my trusty 780-titan in the mean time using a 2600k , considering a switch to a new mobo/ram with i7 7700k
