IIRC thats the downed f16 pilot right? You need to destroy a vehicle group close to him and then afterwards an infantry group. After you take out those, chopper comes and rescues him. Nah i wasnt shot. Even if i was shot without me realizing it, a/c continued to navigate on its own. Not just flying randomly but changed heading course and altitude deliberately. That could be it, im gonna try that next time and see if that was the case.

hey fellas, An hour ago i was flying with couple of friends on a custom mission that i made. Anyway i dropped an mk82 on an enemy apc, turned backed climbed up for like 15 seconds and all of a sudden camera went to f2 view, my a10c started to maneuver on its own and i couldnt get back to f1 view or control the aircraft. This is the second time its happening. While the AI was flying my a/c, i checked the f10 view and there was a "1" left of my aircrafts symbol in addition to my name above it. Normally i only see my name there above my a/c's symbol. Im not sure if this is the right place to ask this but since this thing only happened to me in custom made missions, i decided to post it here. I really got no idea why this is happening.

You can edit them yourself pretty easily. Just open up the mission in mission editor and change the unit numbers on the groups u want.

Well, you can change the default startup program for that kind of file, through its properties menu. But thats not the way to play that mission. Open up dcs, click on the "mission" from the main menu. after that choose something from the list on the left (anything except "my missions"), then browse through the files on the right side. Or just watch this, i recorded how to do it.

They should be inside something like this, game directory/mod/campaign/missions , but ill take another look after i wake up properly. If you are trying to edit them, they are most likely scripted. Im sure about the opf dunno about the rest. Edit su25t campaigns missions to play them with the a10 it is quite fun IMO. Sent from my SM-G925F using Tapatalk edit: here it is

IIRC, you can only modify the user snap views, nothing else. I remember seeing a thread about this some time ago, cannot remember the details but a little search should reveal it.
