Yeah exactly, I'd rather see the airfield with some Lower Fidelity surroundings as it's not an active place where strikes, etc. are conducted. But from a scenario and mission perspective it'd be a huge addition

IDK, different weapons have different intergrations in airplane software. the -54 is actually carried by the Viper irl, unlike the CBU-87/97 in case of the Hornet. That is a different case. at some point those weapons were are are carried by said/mentioned aircraft. unlike HARMs on STA 4/6 on the Viper. If a weapon like the Walleye was carried a while ago that means the jet has the capability to actually employ them

If ED ends up not going for their ultra-realism and adds the option for HARMs to be carried on 4/6 then I ask ED to also disregards the ultra-realism in order to add the GBU-54 LJDAM for usage, as this began being used on the Viper in 2008 (within a year of our "2007" USAF/ANG F-16)

Then enjoy playing that while we will be flying here in a realistic USAF F-16

If you want all that then why don't you just go play Ace Combat instead, you clearly don't care for realism. Community made skins don't count as "it is part of other countries too"

Voted no obviously, I don't see why this is up for a poll btw. as various SME's have already stated (and I am very confident so have ED's SME's). Weapons like the HARM and Maverick can not be carried on STA 4/6 as they lack the wiring. I believe the same goes for JDAM's but don't quote me on that.

Hi what about an AI EA-6B Prowler?? EA/EW is a bit barebones/pretty much non-existent in DCS at the moment sure, but with promising EW work in an upcoming IADS module it would be a must have AI asset in any scenario with SAMs

Any update on this? Can this be adressed for the next patch perhaps? Can't imagine this being more than a couple minutes of work.

It should be somewhat similar to what the A-10 has though ofc not 1:1 the same, for AA mode Wags just dropped a video with more symbology on that front (and some more to come) of which at least some is hopefully coming to the Viper as well

ED already stated that it wasn't going to be finished in 2020 just like the Hornet. additionally we're also missing more TGP options like the menu to set frag rings, etc. and the HSD is missing a ton of symbology

Well that is really just an F/A-18C design flaw, it is definitely slower/less agile then a Viper, and once loaded it only gets worse

You can place static airplanes (Mig-29, or any other) in a shelter

I think it would be really cool to have a Block 40/42 with the LANTIRN and Wide HUD, adds some nice unique things to the airframe

hmmm, really weird. I'd try contacting a mod on Discord, they're usually quicker on the ED discord than on the forums

Do you still have your original key saved somewhere, because you can check the key in your profile to make sure it is synced to your account. (I don't see why it wouldn't be but maybe worth a check)
