  1. Best to do it via the webstore, as it will register your discount on there via your account. When logged in it should look like this:
  2. He’s asking for a slimmed down version of the new A-10C II manual that only contains the new/changed things compared to the original guide, as a lot it is still the same
  3. Yes +1000, this should really be the only way to adjust it as it is the closest thing as changing the actual dials!! They should also do a similar thing for the dials on the GBU-24 to set it’s delivery mode! The Arming menu is 100% the best place to do these kinds of things
  4. ED is already unwilling to add GBU-54s to the F-16C which saw it’s first combat usage from F-16s in early 2008 (meaning it was being tested in at least 2007). So I think it’s safe to say the Scorpion HMCS won’t make it’s way over to the Viper. (It also isn’t very common system among Viper squadrons in the USAF/ANG)

    Updated UFC

    +1 on this!
  6. You will need to use the normal KC-135, the MPRS is hose/drogue only
  7. +1!!
  8. At the moment, heavies like the E-3A and KC-135 can only be placed on Parking spots 91, 93, 94, 96 and 98. But as per the aerial image below, they should be able to be placed on any parking spot from 87 up to 98: Additionally, there are a number of missing parking spots, when comparing to the above REAL LIFE image, they're marked with red circles: Lastly, parking spots 91 to 98 are currently facing inwards TOWARDS eachother, while they should be facing OUTWARDS like in the first image. It would be great if ED could spend some fixing these current mistakes to make the map a bit greater!
  9. The Scorpion HMD is also used by the USAF on the AC-130W/J and some ANG F-16s (the NG unit out of Colorado uses them) but most aircraft in the USAF inventory still fly JHMCS
  10. Systems not being used by the Block 50 Viper.... unlike actual NVG goggles they do use
  11. Yeah, no thank you, isn’t realistic
  12. +1 along with all the other HSD symbology seen in the several posted images
  13. 1688 is the NATO standard yes, but that doesn't mean it always is, especially in larger complex operations codes will very likely be different.
  14. The map is actually one of the largest maps in DCS, and we are getting Cyprus added in the future already. An expension to the East and South would be welcome though. especially some more parts of Jordan like Al-Azraq AFB.
  15. As Emmy said, you need to use the KC-135 (NOT THE MPRS VERSION): It looks like this:
  16. This goes for the F-16C Viper too!
  17. Most of this Gateway stuff isn't properly simulated in the current A-10C afaik, it is also not an option you need to turn on on an AWACS. I am not even sure if the gateway to Link 16 is in the AWACS or is in the A-10C itself, Snoopy might now this.
  18. I think you’re confused by terminology, as the USAF/USN have different names for the same function on the HARM. I also suggest you chill with making assumptions about peoples knowledge here, you’re new on the forums while some of these guys have been around for a while so yes they might have better info than you..
  19. The A-10C doesn’t have Link 16, it’s SADL does have the ability to access/connect with the Link 16 via a Gateway
  20. That’s a test bird..................not an operational jet (It’s also a pretty old pic and might not even be a Block 50)
  21. I don't think you can, but I believe most planes have this (maybe as a safety measure)
  22. You can step between CCIP/CCRP/GUN via the MFD or HOTAS (stick)
  23. I think the issue is just that Snowplow mode on the Viper is currently partially broken, but It generally works the same as on the Tomcat when it does work
  24. Let's hope this comes with the DTC in 4 years
  25. Yeah, and in the F-16C you can drop a bomb wherever your TGP is looking. In the Hornet whenever you receive a 9L (even in AV-8B although that has a CAS Page) you make a STPT with the coordinates passed on by the JTAC and go from there, again nothing different from the Viper... The only difference is you don't have to designate a point prior to engaging it like in the Hornet and A-10C
