  1. I know I'm the odd one out here, but on my Vive Pro 2 with SteamVR, I am seeing no change in frame times at all with 2.8. At times, I see improvements. Obviously, no Open Composite here.
  2. I've just noticed this. I don't make my hotkey changes to that file, I use the file C:\Users\xxx\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Config\Scratchpad.config.lua. I'm wondering if that makes a difference.
  3. Not sure that's true, but let's not worry about that. I temporarily renamed my Scripts folder and just installed the files from the latest extension version of Scratchpad. All working fine here - keypad, clear, sitrep and F10 L/L coords. So, I really have no idea.
  4. Very strange. Hopefully, someone will come up with an answer soon as to why it's not working for you guys.
  5. Sorry to ask the obvious question, but you are using the extensions download version? Are your file dates, times, size the same as mine?
  6. FWIW, here are my folder screenshots for a fully working Scratchpad both on monitor and VR.
  7. @SkateZillaany thoughts on how I can get this to work? Thanks.
  8. It surely is. I mean in times gone by, we could just have edited the terrain.cfg.lua file and added in the one line, but now all those files are encrypted with names like terrain.cfg.lua.pak.crypt. If anyone knew how to edit those we'd be laughing!
  9. Don't understand what is going on. Why is it so different for different people? For me, both the (extension version) of Scratchpad and ScratchpadPlus work perfectly with the qwertykeypad on monitor/TIR. Scratchpad works perfectly in VR, but ScratchpadPlus doesn't come up at all. Weird.
  10. Have you copied ALL the files in the new version and then put the qwertykeyboard.lua file into extensions folder? Works OK for me.
  11. It's a real shame that clicking on that arrow doesn't show frame times. Even in expanded mode, those graphs are not really helpful. Why not pt it in numbers like fpsVR, for example? Also, the info screen - 2nd ctrl-break - is still bugged with 0.00Gb VRAM showing at all times.
  12. Works nicely! Now, let's hope for an update to Scratchpad.
  13. Thanks but I can't get 'Specify Custom User Profile Folder' to work. All I see is the attached.
  14. Fair enough, but for me, I've given up on UGRA. Very poor customer service experience with Normandy over a long period of time. Lots of people asked lots of questions to them about Normandy and Syria, and you'd be hard pushed to find anyone from UGRA responding. I really thought things had improved with my comms with @Maestro, but again, UGRA have let us down. I mean this is a one line fix! We've waited years for this. Very poor show, so even if the deal with Normandy 2 is good financially, I'll not be giving UGRA any more cash.
  15. Yep, no Normandy 2 for me either until this is fixed. Honestly, it's ridiculous. Even @MAESTR0 has said it is a 1 line fix.
  16. So, no October update for the Syria map despite promises from @MAESTR0. I'm pretty annoyed, like all of us will be, that after all this time, we are no further forward. After all the false hopes, UGRA have failed to come good.
  17. @SkateZilla, just a little suggestion for the new version. Windows system folders, e.g. Pictures, Documents, Saved Games, etc., can be relocated by right clicking on the folder name and selecting 'Properties/Location', which is really useful when using cloud services like OneDrive. When I relocate 'Saved Games', games like DCS, recognise the change all fine, but your utility doesn't. It still insists on putting its stuff into '...users/xxxx/Saved Games' folder rather than the relocated, system one. It would be nice to make that work in the future.
  18. Eh, I think you mean ‘damned’ not ‘darned’, Don!
  19. Do you mean at the AB detent? Well, yes, but the alternative is either going over the AB detent every time you move the throttle forward for non-AB modules, or removing/replacing the detent each time you change modules. In practice, I prefer the shorter throw, but you may feel differently.
  20. As @MAXsennaasked above, have you checked in the notification area?
  21. You can put it anywhere you like. I have mine in Saved Games.
  22. It doesn't 'install', you just drop the folder within the zip file wherever you like and run it from there.
  23. Thanks a lot for this. I have attached the A-10C and F-14 commands that I use in Quaggles mod. There you will see the problematic 'Lighting Panel' commands, which behave in the same way as the Harrier and M2000. (You'll also see some of the commands I put in myself, but it's just lighting commands you should look at.) I've also attached Quaggles mod that I use.
