Still do not expect ED to add analog proportional brakes or nose wheel steering that can be turned on and off like in the real Su-25. That would be a true update, and not just eye candy, so this is a big no.

You’re wrong. This has been discussed numerous times; SU-25 brakes are activated by the pedals. Do not make up stuff.

Yup it kinda sucks, but I learned how to trim with throttle if you were trying to fly level. Think of it as a manual gearbox hehe

It's just how things work. If ED terminates BIGNEWY you wouldn't read more from him as he is not going to spend time and effort without getting paid. We may see razbam coming back though.. That's an easy choice for me.

Where are you getting this? If they don't have the capacity to support one module then they should not be releasing another one. I couldn't care less about the F4U but I am already feeling bad for the people who are waiting for it...

Razbam won't touch DCS unless a material change made in ED's management. The rest will follow suit when they also don't get paid.

M3's monopoly on the Mig-21 sucks. ED should put M3 on notice; either support the product by keeping it up to date or let another dev redo it properly.

This topic is about lack of updates on Mig-21. Whether there will be a version 2.0 is moot point. It will have its own issues. They just need to continue updating the current module as they used to.

This was a day 1 purchase for me and I don’t fly the mirage because of this issue. Rather disappointed it has not been addressed for so long now. curve doesn’t help

I asked for both NWD disconnect option and differential/proportional gear brakes before Su-25 has a narrow wheel track width and a short wheelbase for what it weighs. Soft suspension, high CoG and broad wing’s make it susceptible to body rolls leading to wingstrikes on ground. I burned so many frames on this but finally figured out the crosswind landings and takeoffs like a true sim pilot should: During the take off roll, keep the stick all the way back until nose gear lifts off the ground. Then quickly relieve the pressure to maintain about 10 degrees pitch up attitude until the mains unstick. Ficus on maintaining centreline with rudders and keep wings level using aileron. Getting used to cross controls take som time, I suggest using a curve of 30 for the rudder axis. Use full flaps as always. Landing is the same, just configure earlier. Rudder into wind to maintain runway centerline. Keep 10 AoA until crossing the threshold, then increase AoA to yellow band while slowing down to ~220 ish. Trim up while slowing down, and keep the nose gear off the ground as long as you can after mains touch the ground. Around 150 nose comes down with stick all the way back, deploy chute and vacate on first exit like a champ

hb just don’t have the expertise to model it properly. That’s also why they keep “fixing” the same stuff over and over.

Well it happened, again.. I only play DCS and I need to build a machine for it again. Last time I have done this was back in 2017, when prices were somewhat still sane. my budget would be around $2K, so this will be an another 1080p, non-vr built. Objective is to have smooth mp play at medium settings. I am not sure if I should go AMD, it seems most people stick to intel and nvidia. I am open to refurbished backbones as well. so the question is what is the best bang for buck for the cpu and gpu when DCS is the only game you will ever need. I have not played anything else in a long time and am not interested in other sims

I guess zooming in for a visual is kosher on mp servers then.. I always wanted that as an option on the server side so people wouldn't "cheat" by using zoom, so to say..

Last time I checked hear like in helmet did not make any difference as the audio is also fed to the helmet speakers.
