Do not go if your side dont have any fighters in air near you .. MI-8 is not fighter :P So only operate under friendly sam and fighter coverage :)

Why are you all flying so low? Gulf war.. Yes there was reson to fly high : Long missions, need to save fuel, lots of low alt threats etc.. Low threat from enemy fighters, so no need to hide and seek.. And many of saddams fighters where flying low because Blue side was superior (awacs etc) ;) In typical dcs Mp mission you have short flight time to action so no need to save fuel, no lo alt threats so sure you can stay low. Real life is different thing, air quake mission in dcs... Well i think that you know what i try to say ;) Btw , real life you cant fly trough trees so easily so its too easy to fly low in dcs now :)

There is stick and Throttle in planes to control where you want to fly ;) how is flying low unrealistic ? Seriously? This All is just one more way to say "nobody plays like I want, unrealistic & stupid game etc"

Soul for dcs, now we have nice sim but so,so sterile feel in it.. Better mission/campaing editor + better mission generator + better AI will help lot, and all old bugs get fixed finally i hope. Graphics are not so important in sim , everything else is. (performance, AI, immersion, stability) AND finally better spotting system, this is one of the best new things in 1.5/2.0 , no more so blind virtual pilots :)

Wise words, FC3 level is quite nice if you like to get more people in flightsims. :)

You can use NVIDIA DSR.., And dcs 2 wont make low Res panel in dk2 any better.

But only for new maps, they are still ghost trees in Georgia (least this is what i have heard)

Where is everyone (online) It wont be realistic even with 4k monitor, we see way badly vs real life even then :/

Yes, it may be possible. I agree with you in this :)

Mixed Missions Su-25 is not F-15, F-15 Has body that products lift etc.. Su-25 in that kind shape will not fly :) But this is just game, damage model wont be never perfect.

+1 for A-10A full simulated, i like to make cold war missions. But im happy with FC3 A-10A too, its still feels really nice to fly and systems are not too simplifed. Just good for oc rift use (IMHO)

STEAM purchased DCS A-10A Disengaging the A-10A autopilot with the "A" key - >wording blinks once briefly, but remains on the HUD. Doesn't remove itself when you switch modes either going from Nav to A2G. Changing modes is also unreliable , Alt hold, heading hold, wont change those always , hud indication just blinks but autopilot wont work like it should. Easy to test. Reinstall = No help :helpsmilie:

Why? You dont have to use it and severs run integrity checks so nobody can join with mod weapons.

Engine Failures +1 for this, cumulative enigine damage would be nice. It was in old janes F-15 sim so it wont be imposible for dcs. :)
