Canopy closing it's nothing on my end, this is either a DCS bug or some mod that somehow is messing that one up. For the sound. I don't know how the sound is handled on your VR headset, i test on Quest 2 and 3 and gaming headsets and has never been an issue for me. So, I don't really know what to say on this one.....

campaign overhaul?
SorelRo replied to Pegas44 (Andrey)'s topic in MiG-21bis Battle of Krasnodar Campaign
That's the plan. To start working on it in December, and with a bit of time off to make quick progress on it. -
campaign update/overhaul?
SorelRo replied to Pegas44 (Andrey)'s topic in F-5E Black Sea Resolve '79 Campaign
You gotta repaint the house every few years, change the appliances, and so on. Also, it made me realize that when this campaign was built the only trigger zones were the round ones. -
campaign update/overhaul?
SorelRo replied to Pegas44 (Andrey)'s topic in F-5E Black Sea Resolve '79 Campaign
Quick update in this one. All the missions are redone. Right now I'm re-recording the voices, there will be over 4000 more lines added. Voices will go in the next few weeks and I'm hoping that it will be sent to ED in December. Sorry for the delay on this one. It turns out it will be a full rebuild, or quite close to it. -
Mission and rejoin works for your wingman.

The friendly AI would not have won without your support. And the mission is designed that way, You can make them deplete a lot of the SAMs and this gives the BUFF's just enough to squeeze a few missiles through. Make sure that you are presenting yourself there, that they are launching enough missiles at you, and that you send enough HARM properly locked their way. The mission is doable, it's not easy, but it is doable.

Sorry, I'll comb over them, as there are other bugs to fix. Usually, that's what I do, but obviously, I'm missing some of them.

VKB STECS Throttle System – Max Giveaway
SorelRo replied to SorelRo's topic in F-16C Dragon's Fury Campaign
Thanks! You are in! -
I swear they are guzzling fuel more with the last update. a year into developing this and testing it numerous times, I never had to do any black magic to prevent their premature bingo. Well, back to the drawing board for the previous update.

VKB STECS Throttle System – Max Giveaway

This would do. -
Sorry it's like this. It's the same way i am doing the voices for all the campaigns, i don't think anyone complained about ears hurting. However, how's your sound setup, and do you have "hear like in helmet" set? There's always a chance that you may be sensitive to a frequency in the sound, maybe try to lower the voice volume a bit. But, other that, I don't know what to say about the sound. Also, as a flight lead you always tell your flight what to do. and you do that through the comms menu, although a lot of things can be scripted in DCS when using another flight that follows you, by having your flight, or wingman, you have more flexibility on how they want to perform. You can use all the options on the radio coms, wait here, cover, attack mission, or even attack target, and for the most part they listen, not as quickly as you may want, but they do listen, especially for attacking the mission objectives or covering you. Cheers,

Stevie Wonder is the pilot it seems.

I believe that was mission 9. I'm such a doorknob sometimes. I fixed it and i'll send it away. Thanks for catching it.
-
I'll check. If they have the text, they should play. But maybe something is messed up. I'll check and fix what needs fixing.
-
LOL. Hey man, if I could control the AI, or if the AI would do 20% of what they would be asked to do, without using black magic, i'd be putting 2 campaigns out every month But honesty, from how many hours it takes to build a mission, between 30 and 40 hours of work, 80% of that is AI.
-
The JHMCS was not there for a reason, you are right after deployment and the helmets didn't make it in time.
-
If it's briefed, it should be there, i wouldn't send you out with HARM and without the pod. I'll check and if needed adjust it.
-
Thanks. The two escort groups being dead, in the test runs, we never had problems with this, none of the testers reported it. I'm assuming that one got away somehow, and the subsequent flags didn't fire. I'll try to put in a failsafe that's plausible enough.
-
Thanks for letting me know of these bugs. Missions were adjusted and sent to ED. They will make it in the next update. Also, wingmen should not run out fuel anymore. I did some background magic.
-
The heavy BlueFor casualties are unavoidable at this point. It will change as you progress through the campaign. But you pointed right, the role was exactly this, to force them fire as many SAM at you as possible to give the Buffs and the Hornets a chance, and it looks like you did just that.
-
I'll run some tests. They were not useless and they used to engage. But AI in DCS you never know what you gonna get from one update to another. I'll run some tests and if needed I'll tweak and post the updated mission.
-
I wonder if you have have the right codes set for the harms. If they fire at you, you should see them and lock on them. Do the F18s and buffs fire? In the end that's the main mission. If they get to launch and cull some of the landing ships it will help down the road.
-
Thanks. I'll check, probably fuel consumption rate has changed. They should have had unlimited fuel. I'll check the sounds too.

Sorry I missed this. This has to be something with the right radio freq. AI as dumb as it is, does stuff, and it does it consistently in this mission. Make sure you are on the right freq on this one and that you are transmitting on the right radio when you order your wingman to do stuff. Wild1 2xF-16CM Blk 50 (Intraflight: 127.000

It seems like you missed the sub, I'll test the mission again, maybe something got messed up after the last update. The sub pops up, disturbed by your bombs. Should be visible on your radar, ground mode or sea picks it up miles away. Also is visible if you go down on the deck. Once you get close to it be able to ID you will get the RTB. You don't have the fancy helmet installed just yet. It will come later on.
