Hi I just made a test flight and noticed that when you jump in an AI aircraft, the AUF2-GBU "bug" will still be there. In fact the bombs won't follow the laser. No a real bug at all, but keep it just in mind, if you're flying SP. Same for the Barax pod, who couldn't be activated. As it work fine when you're choosing a slot. But jumping in an AI would keep it silent.

just wait for it AERGES will make it as they told. It's a great works, and we, as user could help them to make the module better by reporting all bugs and issues that we will find. They are really reactive! As you can see, as far as the bugs are confirmed, they work on them to correct it. After that, we just have to wait for the DCS update. It's a very good collaboration between them and the user that we are. In my mind, they could be taken as an example for their reactivity. As I told many times, thanks for the great job on this module and for all the great work the AERGES team do for our pleasure. Edit: I was a little bit busy for a while, just made a test filght, it works fine since DCS 2.9.7.58923 from 09/08/2024 Just keep in mind that if you're jumping in an AI aircraft, it won't work. -
Hi I will be off for 2 days, hope the update will come after that, if any update of the F1 will come in those 2 days, I'll make an update ASAP.

I made my military service at the BA132 Colmar-Meyenheim in the 2/30 between 09-1998 to 06-1999. As far as i know I was the last "appelé" in the 2/30. It was a great time! I worked directly with the pilot as "marqueur" (Agent des opérations) and spend 3 hours into the F1 simulator. great memories of this good time. Maybe I know your brother. I saw that the admin of the facebook page is M. Poncet. Is he a former pilot from the Normandie-Niémen? If yes I met him as I was making my military service.

Hi I just made a little upgrade on my mod to add the captive sidewider and ACMI pod for those who want to fly with the ATAC F1. Also added corail pods on the CE version. But as told no Barax on it due to the lack of information and as the panel wouldn't be avaible in the cockpit. https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/myfiles/?edit=Y&CODE=3332173 Are you french? The Phimat could be used on the CE and BE version too, but I doubt about the fact that either the CE or the BE (same for the french C/B) did ever carry the Barax pod. As they have a common cockpit, where would the panel find a place. And without any consolidated source (don't tell me Warthunder wiki is a official one ), I would let it as it is.

Ok. test made on kobuleti (67X) aircraft cold and dark at Kobuleti, startup, Tacan would work, same for the test button, inoperative. Here a video, cold start on Kobuleti And hot start -

I took a rapid look at the mod from DSplayer. He added some unrealistic configurations to the F1 (the GBU 27 is a variant of the GBU 24 designed specially for the F-117). IRL the Super 530D couldn't be used with the F1 because of its radar (the D stands here for doppler) and AFAIK, the F1 didn't had a doppler radar (maybe some latest modernised version in other countries as France). Also the PTB_580G, better known as the RPL-201, would have never be used on the F1B. I eventually can add it to the CE version (same for the corail pods) if you like to fly with it.

First of all, which version do you have? 23.08.24 or 24.08.24? What you can try, is to move like 20 or 30 lua files in an backup folder (just take care not to move the entry.lua) and try to start DCS, if succesful, put back a part of them, and try again, until it crashes again. So you can locate the file that makes it crash.

As told the folder is mod_tech_aircraft_damien_24.08.24 , in the saved games\mods\aircraft\mod_tech_aircraft_damien_XX.XX.XX (depends if you have the latest or the penultimate one) , look in the shape folder, if you find an Barax.edm, simply rename it. It should solve the problem. Other way to find it out is to use Visual Studio Code for example and to go to the dcs saved game root folder and to use search with the word barax. To prove what I say. Here first with barax.edm in the mod_tech_aircraft_damien_24.08.24 shape folder And now with the modified name You can also notice that the position of the pod of the first one is too high.

Hi I just noticed that the screws of the pylon aren't aligned with the AUF2 plates It seems that the pylon could be a different one. I'm looking for more information by former guys who worked on the F1.

I think I have it. There is a conflict with the mod mod_tech_aircraft_damien_24.08.24 where there is a Barax pod too. And it has a texture issue. I wondered why the Barax pod was too high in the pylon. I just renamed the Barax shape from its folder and everything is OK. So the issue doesn't come from AERGES.

By looking for the barax texture problem, I just found that Could it be that the CR/CT, would appear in the Future? Nice work

Be sure the frequency is correctly set up, make a try by setting it manually, on the green radio (TARP136), check the mode too (M/P/G), maybe you're in M mode (manual), or the wrong preset, in P mode.

I have the same problem, not only on the added liveries, but on the core liveries too. They normally use the default Barax textures. Cleanup and repair didn't solve the problem. I also deleted the complete Mirage F1 folders and removed all related files and folder in the saved games, then run and full repair. And still no texture. Strangely in the EDM, the barax texture is ok

Yes they are in the miragef1-common_1_B.dds file. Still searching precisely where.
