I'd try the Torrent version, seems to be moving along on the PC that I'm seeding on. If you don't have Torrent you can go to Ninite.com and choose it, along with anything else that suits your fancy, and ninite will install it without all the extra junk you don't want like web browser task bars and so on.

I was deep in a mental mastabitory state (u know,,,,,like yoga) and a thought came to mind....... we were waiting for and anticipating Beta 5's release as we now are for Beta 6 but it never came to pass because of the internal plans of ED......... So, me wonders if this Beta 6 thing is taking a longer then expected time to come out because it is actually going to be the finished product release??? Could it be??? Just a thought to toss around till something is released!

Putting out an unfinished product on DVD even if you called it a beta wouldl cause a major outcry and be damaging to the producer's rep. The way A10 was sent out in beta actually worked very well imho. :beer:

No, if you mean me. I keep getting error messages about vortices can't compile or something like that. I've tried deleting the temp folder and turning off or down all of the graphics but no joy. I can get some of B3 to work so I'm messing around with it when I can. Thx

Just a quick note. I bought and installed an Intel Solid State 80 gb Drive (SSD) and was shocked at the performance boost. I went from 13 fps to 20 - 26 fps in A10 and BS was running 38 fps and up. I checked the MS score and it went up from 5.9 to 6.1 and Win 7 32 runs quite a bit faster. SSD's aren't cheap but I've read that the prices should be coming down and it does make a noticeable difference.

Wrong! Mine has worked as advertised since I got it when it first came out!

I've gotten the Maverick training to run twice and hang maybe 3 times. I've not found a common cause for the hanging but will post if I do. Thanks
