  1. vrinsight also does button boxes https://www.fspilotshop.com/vrinsight-multi-switch-panel-p-2748.html?osCsid=17ov4grgp010tk85nso6gdnra5
  2. In your case I'd say get the gazelle. You already have experience flying Helos. The Gazelle is the exact opposite of the Mi-8. Lightly armed but agile as hell and far more capable than it appears on first look. Plus it's quite satisfying to shove a mistral up some Gen4 Jock's arse :)
  4. Monstertech does Chairmounts as well: https://www.monstertech.de/en/product-category/chair/

  7. WE are desperately trying to create a new account for a friend. Tried 3 different Email addresses at 3 different providers - checked spam folders, no joy? Any ideas?
  8. Hey Guys, quick question about the Virpil Base. When I plug in the Base, am I required to use the provided software to assign key mappings, or is every hat/button presetned as a joystick button (like the TM base)?
  9. For inspiration: https://www.monstertech.de/en/product-category/sim-rigs/ they're using industry std. profiles, so it shouldnt be too much hassle sourcing them locally.
  10. works fine - i use it in addition to my WH. No driver mess or anything
  11. Steam VR has nothing to do with DCS Steam version. It just enables both Versions of DCS (Steam AND Standalone) to talk to your HMD. in a nutshell, just install Steam VR (no need to install anything else afaik) and then start your DCS Standalone as usual.
  12. Agreed - Hornet is so next weeks news :) I'd pay double for chromecat access.
  13. I picked up a set of Sahaj's Covers when I bought my Extension: https://warthog-extensions-by-sahaj.com/product-category/warthog-dust-covers/ cant complain, pedal cover is large enough to cover the MFG Crosswinds. Less than a week delivery from Poland to Germany
  14. In that case maybe have a look at the Leo Bodnag boards that Fragbum mentioned earlier. http://www.leobodnar.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=94&products_id=180 http://www.leobodnar.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=94&products_id=205 they are not exactly cheap, but you wont have to worry about programming etc. and can focus entirely on the physical side of things (the actual building of the board).
  15. if you just want a generic panel you could also look at the vrinsight panels: http://www.vrinsightshop.com/shop/step1.php?number=8&b_code=B20111116043722 http://www.vrinsightshop.com/shop/step1.php?number=9
