Interesting that both sight pictures seem to be possible. Personally, I'd prefer the 80 mil reticle as I find the 50 mil too crowded so I would welcome that change. Best, as always, would be of course the choice via special settings between both :)

I was wondering why I couldn't reproduce this using the Caucasus 'new mission' standard in the mission editor (maxing out at 1.98 or 1.99 mach). Then I noticed that DCS ME uses 20 °C as the standard temperature while in the track it's 15 °C. So, if anyone wants to reproduce, change temperature from 20 °C to 15 °C, then 2.04 mach is reproducible. -

Hi, could you tell me which value you changed to achieve the larger reticle? I ask because I can't see a difference in size and Notepad++ compare tells me that the "PilotSight_init.lua" is identical with the original one. Thanks!

That's pretty easy with the new system now, really: 1. Say you don't want to show *any* custom numbers, then you delete the whole bort no. wall of text and add custom_args = { [1000] = 1.0, -- change of type of board number (0.0 -default USA, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 1.0 not drawn) [1001] = 1.0, -- vis refuel board number (0.0 drawn, 1.0 not drawn) [1002] = 1.0, -- change of type intake board number (0.0 two digits, 0.1 three digits, 1.0 not drawn) [1003] = 1.0, -- vis nouse board number (0.0 drawn, 1.0 not drawn) } Poof, all custom numbers are gone. 2. I'm always amazed why the JV-44 would have chosen this airplane to defend/protect Me 262s during take-offs/landings given that this is a scenario in which the Dora should have been pretty bad (low and slow).

Thank you for this mod! Hope you don't mind that I modified the description.lua a bit - this way it isn't necessary to copy the textures from the English cockpit and your English mod can be used the same way as your Russian mod. Feel free to use it if you'd like.

Although those are very nice mods it's still a problem if you want to run a server as everyone who connects needs those mods to see the same - and if you want to switch the server from PG to Caucasus you have to disable the mods (in case of the FARP) to get back the green variant - both on the server and again everyone who joins. So a native solution would be most welcome...

For me RAT planes were exploding on spawn, so I set RAT to false in the options. I already had all other autospawns set to false anyway so don't know if those scripts might cause trouble, too. Haven't noticed any problems since.

Zwar dachte ich auch schon recht lange, dass DCS sich 'zu langsam' anfühlt, aber dieses Video fand ich besonders eindrücklich (auch, wenn er ja beim echten Vid angibt 'FL/velocity unknown' - nur wieviel tiefer oder schneller müsste man bei DCS sein, um den gleichen Eindruck zu bekommen, und ich zweifle, dass die echte F-16 sooo viel schneller war...)

Here is one voice_chat.log and a zipped log. As *.log is seen as an invalid file when uploading here, I renamed it to voice_chat.zip, just rename it, it's not a zip file. Also, I deleted the server's miz file as it was very large (10 MB).

In this video, it looks like 2 seconds open, 3 seconds close.

Not a solution for me, unfortunately, as it was already activated. I think it has to be activated anyway for stuff like discord, TeamSpeak, VoiceAttack etc.pp. which I can use without problems.
