Well, with just a rudimentary knowledge of how the Mission Editor works you can stick an Aircraft Carrier or LHD in the channel for the Hornet and Harrier folks, also if you MUST have modern navigation put Tankers with TACANS over important airfields on short racetracks.

This can’t be stressed enough... When I got DCS I purchased A-10C, Spitfire, F-5E, and F-18 in fairly rapid succession, got frustrated and took about 4 months off from simming. I know it’s exciting, and the videos you watch for the different modules get you super stoked, but get A, one, singular module and learn it. Then if you want to buy a second plane after you’re proficient with the first go for it. Don’t burn yourself out like I did.

Maybe they can put a Tower module into Combined Arms so some of the real controllers in the community can humble the folks constantly wanting “better ATC”.

This has been brought up a lot recently especially with folks who would like to see a C-130 module. Do I want to fly for hours in a circle? no. But theres a good number of FSX and MFS players that do. Perhaps they WOULD like to fly in circles for hours in a sim with the fidelity level that DCS offers. Perhaps they'd like the extra challenge a COD run and landing a C-2 Greyhound on a carrier, flying orbits in an AWACS or E-2 Hawkeye, dropping humvees off at the FOB in a C-130, Flying the KC-135 or S-3 Viking. dont thinks its a bad idea to get more folks into the community and think at least ONE of the above options she be strongly considered even if at a FC3 level or fidelity.

Its my understanding from some other Apache threads that too many of the systems utilized by the AH-64 are still too sensitive in order for ED to create the module to the fidelity standards required by DCS. I feel they really missed out by not including NAWS China Lake and Twenty-Nine Palms in the NTTR Map.

They gave a 1 liner about it in the Autumn Update, I'd imagine we'll get Christmas Sneak Peeks like we did last year.
