There is a bug with the INS System that effects radar as well. You will notice it if you have your moving map on the MPCD and it's only shown in grey. Then all your INS related systems will show wrong data. Radar included.

I can relate to OPs complaint. We didn't have any news about progress for quite a while now.

It was a sneak peek into LTWS, which is planned to be implemented soon.

DCS ist imho recht gut in VR spielbar. Den Kauf einer VR-Brille würde ich allerdings nur eingeschränkt empfehlen. Zu einem weil die Systemvoraussetzungen jenseits von gut und böse sind um das ganze genießen zu können. Zum anderen weil die Auflösung noch zu wünschen gibt und die Next-Gen VR-Brillen schon in den Startlöchern stehen (wobei ich vermute das dauert noch 2-3 Jahre...) Zielsetzung soll für 2021 wohl 4Kx4K pro Auge werden. Google hat schon einen Prototypen mit 20 Megapixel pro Auge...
