As it is a bug it will effect anyone using the same version of the game, and yes as any bug it will be fixed, eventually.... The Mig-21 is in a state where bugs are really long lived. Just get used to it.

Its a bug. Dont deploy full flaps above 400 is said to help....

I was actually hoping for some news from M3. Not the "Grinchen ate my hardware....." Not in 2021..

That is why you always use!! Because M3s sound of the Mig-21 is like ants.... bad and everywhere.

So how come no other module is even close to the reflections the Mig-21 has?

No other module I own have the amount of glare the mig-21 has. I think its a bit overdone, at least as the other modules don´t have the same level of glare so it makes up for a unfair disadvantadge in pvp.

Ok, never said that "mentioned" did not have bugs. Then you read it wrong. I said that those modules have had updates, (updates that is correcting bugs and the modules are moving forward, regardles where the modules is in it development stage)and many of them updates during the last year! Compare that to the Mig-21 during the last year? Just look at the patch logs for the last year comparing the modules. Not rocket science is it? And ED made big changes to the engine the last year so you need to know your code to keep up and correct stuff. (lightning engine etc...) If you know your code. You can change it. If you do not, you can take a educated guess and some things is going the right way, but other stuff is going to break. Like we have now. (PRGM needle backwards a couple of times, why?. Easy stuff right?!) Regrading the chute, sorry. Don't even know what you are saying. The chute do not behave like a chute. If that is the "people who demanded it to not momentarily clip through the runway surface." Well M3 is stupid to make is so! Just for people screaming what, clipping?! Just do what the other devs do, explain the limitations of the engine and leave it at that! Motivate your development decision and have a road ahead. A plan! Leadership! Lead the project. Own it! Making a collision model for a piece of fabric?! Just, yeah.... Banana whooopy!:doh:!! A chute do not behave like that. Right? It gets stupid really fast if a chute is scraping the runway... come on. I think M3 needs help, and they have no clue what the Mig-21 is doing right now, they do not own the project! Bad leadership or lack of it. I dont know. At the end of the day we are in the same boat. We need, want a cool Mig-21! So I am just comparing what is happening with other modules and what is not happening with the Mig-21 really..... So all the new cool modules from M3 I am going to be a bit hesitant to invest more money in. I do not like the silence, the "eluding" responsibility. ED is a complicated boss to work under but M3 have chosen to do so. Then you need to own that responsibility, in rain and in shine. You need a plan.

If you have control of the code things is corrected as it happens and the core code is corrected. M3 corrects 1 thing and creates 2 new bugs! (Lights in cockpit in last patch, radar fps, break chute, etc) And yes it is "old" code but it is no excuse! If the platform you work from change things,(ED) you of course as a 3d part is on top of things and change it to the new standard. (F-14, Viggen...) M3 is not doing this. If you do not see this! I am sorry for you, but there is not much happening here. Given the time and compared to other 3d party devs, Mig-21 is going downhill.. slowly The good part it is that just me thinking stuff up, so you can still "dude" me! Sorry I am a bit daft but the great news was what? That they have code they do not understand and have no clue how to improve? The new pit to the Mig-21? 1 year in dev?! Nothing in the "news"? The sound to the Mig-21? Sound CEII? Yeah, I am a mean idiot but I fail to see the "news" here. It is an "explanation" on why things is not happening with M3 modules, yes! But "news" on development on the modules, nope. Please M3, you need help. Nin has a sound mod?! The community can do more for you, promise.

To be fair the Mig-21 also have a FM that is not right or even close. The sound is default (sounds like a Boing 737 external) and Mig-21 jumps all over the place when you rotate on a concrete rwy. We have been waiting for a long time for the fixes to this so just a heads up, it is going to take M3 years to fix CEII. Years.

It has been like this for years. Nothing new for us who has been playing this game the 4 years that you have been gone. Bugs are reported, Hiromachi acknowledge and forwards it to devs, then nothing really happens. Then suddenly one patch comes wild changes to the flight model! Nothing in the patch notes or any news what they are aiming for or what M3 intentions with the changes are. Nothing. Rather we as users have to find out for ourselfs what they have done. Nothing new in regards to M3. Its how they operate. Been like this for years.. Buy the Mig-21 or the Eagle(or upcoming modules from M3) and deal with it. It is a bit sad, yes but it is what it is i guess. It comes with the package that is M3.

We just use water to soak the bug up for a good 5 min or so and make it moist. Wipe of with a clean cloth. Not hard at all. That is how we do it anyway... No rocket science but it works.

Then Tom should have a word with this boys! They did it looong before -67! It was in the SOP for J-35, called "Kort parad" in Swedish (eng: short prade)

So the sound on the F-8? Is it going to be the same that Mig-21 has had for 5 years? The default DCS sound? (SU-25, EXTERNAL! For those that like to battle!..) And the cockpit is going to be "worked on" for.... 5 years? (Mig-21) Because there are devs that do things another way... You should just have a look at that.......

Come on guys! The module is only somewhere between 4-5 YEARS old! Don't push the devs to hard!!!! Its so old the devs does not even know the code or have skills to do anything about it! Because if they did they would have! Long time ago! I mean, default sound on the module for 5 years, when you advert you have a Mig-21 driver on the team?! Ohh right, he is on the Mig-29 now...... practical. No pilot body, for 5 years. But, the new pit is in the works, for almost a year! So this is not a lost cause! No way! It is.... just not working as it should!!!! In some areas!!! And for a long time. (If you know the code it is correctable in a month or two...) Oh yeah, its a small team. So small corrections should almost be instant if you know what you are doing...?!) I dont get it. Mig-21 is in a sorry state. But the F-8 is going to be so much better?! How?
