[REPORTED]Flexible Sight is auto deploying
RazorbackNL replied to RazorbackNL's topic in Bugs and Problems
Really? Nobody? -
Please please please don’t forget to add this to the Special\Mi-24P tab
-
Every time I jump into the co-pilot seat the flexible sight is automaticaly being deployed. Is there a way to turn this off? I can’t remember I had this issue with earlier versions. It keeps doing this since a few updates ago. I fly the Huey from both seats regularly but the auto deployment is annoying. Thank you.

Please update me on the status of the huey please.
RazorbackNL replied to BlacleyCole's topic in DCS: UH-1H
Well, a very early version of the multicrew function sneaked in in one of the former OB updates. This was not supposed to happen so with the next update it was gone again. It was a very crude version but we sure had some fun with it while it lasted (less than a week?). It is still a WIP so nobody knows when to finally expect it. We are keeping our fingers crossed. -

reported Henderson Executive Airport misspelling
RazorbackNL replied to RazorbackNL's topic in Bugs and Problems
Yes ofcourse, that must be it. Totally forgot about that. Sorry for bringing it up. -
Not the most terrible bug but it might be worth mentioning it. It just caught my eye. The airport name on the main building is misspelled. “Hendrson Executive Airport” Like I said.. no biggie ????

I would love to see a picture of your setup, sir. Thanks.

Numpad 5 should reset your view to default.

Nice video, Bagpipe. Good job

All these nice lighting effects but the glareshield light effect is still missing after all those updates. Too bad :(

In light of the very early release version of the Huey multicrew feature I would like to make a suggestion which I didn’t want to post in the Sticky Wish List because I was worried it might got snowed under by the many wishes there; It is concerning the ability to hand over the flight controls to the other pilot. Many of us are using joysticks without centering springs but the same applies to normal sticks also. Since helicopter controls are seldom centered in flight, pilot 2 needs a visual indication of the position of the flight controls of pilot 1 before the controls are handed over by pilot 1. The flight controls are of course visible in the Flight Controls Indicator. It would be great if pilot 2 could mimic the flight controls positions of pilot 1 using the same Flight Controls Indicator, making the hand over way more smoother. This already is implemented in a way in the Flight Controls Indicator of the Gazelle. Turning on the auto hover mode in the Gazelle gives you an indication in white of the current controls position of the auto pilot. Before you turn off the Hover Mode you are able to mimic the current autopilot controls position with your own joystick. This makes the transition of taking over control again very smooth. I think the requested feature would be very welcome in all multicrew helicopters and maybe also in the multicrew fixed wings. Thank you, Razorback

[FALSE POSITIVE]DCS World 2.6 trojan? worldgeneral.dll
RazorbackNL replied to NaOH1's topic in General Bugs
Same here, the WorldGeneral.dll file keeps getting removed eventhough I have excluded it in my virus program. -

Black Shark Heading Hold Not Working
RazorbackNL replied to ZQuickSilverZ's topic in DCS: Ka-50 Black Shark
Autopilot channel button panel, 2 switches below the Flight Director button, put the right switch in the middle position, that will update your autopilot heading diamond on the HUD. Not really sure why it works like this but it does. -
The P-51 is way too awesome to just give up on it. There is a solution for everything, so there must be one for your problem. I think the key combo you are refering to is LShift-F4, right? LShift-F4 in the P-51 indeed lets you see past the left side of the nose. It is very easy to alter this view with RShift+RControl+Num4, Num6, Num2, Num8, Num* and Num-. When you find the view you desire you can save it with RAlt + Num0.

PROBLEM SOLVED It turned out there was a zip file sitting inside the Liveries\uh-1h folder, which I created to bundle a few skins for a mate. After removing this file all skin names showed up in the liveries dropdown menu again. Thank you for your thoughts, guys.
-
It doesn't only happen in MP but also in SP missions or instant action. The latest update of today didn't change anything. Still can't select a Huey skin ingame. Am I really the only one facing this problem??
-
This goes for all servers that let you choose your prefered skin. Even if I host my own server the dropdown list is empty for the Huey. Other modules have no problem.
-
You should be able to see the currently selected skin at all times, no matter what nationality the Huey belongs to. But even that isn’t shown in the dropdown list. The list is completely empty.
-
After the latest OB update I am no longer able to change the Huey skin while being ingame during multiplayer. The livery dropdown list in the rearm/refuel menu window is empty. Other aircraft work fine.

Double clicking the mouse wheel and than rolling it will let you move your viewpoint backwards and forwards while in the cockpit.

A piston engined S-58, now that would be awesome. Or a turbine variant, the Westland Wessex. That would be sweet also :)
