Thats the translational lift created by the main rotor, not the wings. Above a certain speed, the rotor is operating in clean air and this improve performance. On the Ka-50 the most efficient speed is ~130 km/h IAS.

Because under 4 m, the doppler radar can't get reliable data about the movement/drifting of the helicopter. Instead of doing some crazy move, the AP just disengage. The 4 m limit is also enforced by the auto descend mode.

Learn to trim, maybe the yaw autopilot is trying to point the nose of the helicopter at 33°. Try the flight director or hold the trimmer button, the autopilot will not hold a specific angle anymore
