If you don't plan on buying a new PC for 2-3 years, I'd say upgrading to 32GB now is worth it. I know when I went from 16GB to 32GB the difference was very noticeable.

I don't have a problem with doing that, but I have deleted that folder a couple of times myself and it always gets recreated. Deleting that folder shouldn't matter, I think. I just checked and don't have that folder. I only have C:\ProgramData\WindowsHolographicDevices.

Hi @mbucchia I don't know if you've had anyone else report this, but I didn't see it described anywhere else here or on Steam. BLUF Oasis works great for me every time I install it. When done flying, I turn off my headset and SteamVR. The next time I restart my headset and SteamVR, I consistently get the message below about my GPU having trouble communicating with my headset. After uninstalling/reinstalling Steam/SteamVR/Oasis, it works again. This has happened every time without fail. Thank you

You can simulate this for yourself by not installing the Fulcrum until wing flex is added.

@mbucchia I didn't see this reported anywhere else, so I'll write it here. Received this error again this morning trying to turn on VR for the first time after PC start: After doing some hardware troubleshooting and reinstalling the Oasis driver with no effect, I uninstalled (again) all Steam software using the Revo Uninstaller, then reinstalled Steam and Oasis. To my relief, SteamVR worked again and DCS started in VR with no issues.

FYI completely uninstalling then reinstalling all Steam software and the Oasis driver got everything working again. I just had a great time in the Contention Cold War server with no issues. Thanks again @mbucchia

Well, I had it working this morning before I left for work but turning it on now, I get a message that SteamVR failed. Specifically, "Oh no! SteamVR has encountered an unexpected problem." Anyone have any suggestions? Update: It did eventually start, and I successfully flew on a server. However, after closing DCS and SteamVR, I am now getting a SteamVR error regarding my GPU have trouble communicating with the HMD. I had this during setup, but a fresh install of Steam seemed to fix it. I tried all the available Displayports with no change.

Frankly, I’m shocked that there isn’t more chatter in the forum about this. Maybe most people aren’t aware yet, or maybe I’m overlooking it. Either way, I’m away from home until tomorrow but I’ll be installing it first thing. Thank you so much @mbucchia

Miles I'm really sorry to hear about your health and hope you get better soon. Personally, I can't say enough good things about PointCTRL and think it's the single most important accessory for me when flying in VR. It's so good I think it would be worth considering licensing the design for someone else to produce. Based on my experience, I feel like you'd make some real good money on that, and you've earned it for your innovation.

Correct. If you don't have the A-4 installed, you see the Su-27. It's been like that for a couple of years on Enigma, now Heatblur. Nope. I used your criteria. The point is mods are used on some popular servers.
