It's not in the mission file. I edited the Stennis runway and taxi route Lua file. By either placings a REM --[ ]-- statement in front of and at ending of parking spots or deleting the spot. So all that remand was the lift spots. Remember to back up file. Then made a quick mission with AI in the air arriving for landing. { -- 4 parking spot (lift3_1) {{ 5.0, 19.06, -17.8}, 3.0}, {{ 10.0, 19.06, 5.0}, 3.0}, {{-10.0, 19.06, 7.0}, 3.0}, {{-95.0, 19.06, 23.0}, 3.0}, {{-105.5, 19.06, 14.0}, 2.0}, {{-103.5, 19.06, 32.7}, -2.0} }, Then placed a 1 on elevator type. ElevatorIdx = 2, ElevatorType = 1, TerminalIdx = 1, Points = { {{ -34.0, 8.45, 33.0}, 1.0}, {{ -34.0, 8.45, 0.0}, 1.0}, {{ -44.0, 8.45, -5.0}, 1.0} } Also played with placing lift1 first in list then so on, copy/paste, there are 2 places on each lift so on lift 3 I only have one places because aircraft taxi to far to the left. Hi Pimp; Texas here also, as for the how? I tried the normal way a few others have done by packing the deck! Had mixed luck with that. So I reme' d all the parking spots except for the "lift's 1 through 3" and turned on elevators 2 and 3, then had some AI land. Just wanted to see them work so I did some editing, really love this simulator and cheers to the EXCELLANT work by ED and other's, first rate sim. Looking forward to super carrier!

Yes I agree it would be towed in RL, Fun to watch though. I can get player's plane to ride down on Number 4, but as stated by someone else you fall through the floor. I do hope they have something going in the hanger.:thumbup::thumbup:

The throttles don't move on Airbus after take-off thrust the auto-throttle system will activate.

Very much agreed BIGNEWY use at own risk! 100% sure it will not pass the check on online. As for it working, so far it works like a champ on all weapon loads, GBU,CBU, etc. ED has done an excellent job with this simulator, I started out on Atari then to IL2 and so on and currently fly corp for a living last 20 years and I can say that with this sim and VR it really is VERY good. Something we didn't have back in the day. Thanks ED!

Was waiting for someone to ask that. F18c lua file just copy paste to fuselage right or left. '{ CLSID = "{A111396E-D3E8-4b9c-8AC9-2432489304D5}" }, --Litening Works just fine, figured I would do some testing for ED for fun, also needed center rack for more bombs!:lol::lol::lol::lol:

Thanks Nineline for update it does seem to be a hit or miss as to lazar staying on or not. Noy really a big thing. As for the POD it's great all round thanks again.

Also in my case; SP Didn't have to hold. MP Host had to hold. Editor Didn't have to hold. All with second detent. Did find out that it will track moving targets, I popped a helo with a 65E. Really fun system.

Using warthog and as falcon says boxing target PTRK mode but have also just found out it works in ATK or ARK mode "no box". I too hope it's not a bug.

Have to say excellent work on TPOD works like a champ thank you ED. In the vids by Wags and other's everyone says that you have to hold down trigger to keep laser on. I don't know if a bug or not but if a toggle the trigger the laser stays on without having to hold it. Could be my system or something else, straight beta no modes. Thanks again Wags and ED.

I'm getting it to work by being more then 10 clicks out with hook down, then clicking a few time the selection from menu Stennis inbound, when you here the female give case info, you will see a menu selection of "see you at 10" select that around 10 miles out. Then drive in and about 3 miles or less your player will give automatic report of "overhead" and marshaller will respond with "signal Charlie". Now on the menu you will see "clara" as you round out on final "clara" will change to "Hornet Ball" select that from menu and the LSO will start talking you in. Sometime I have to select "Hornet Ball" twice. I got it to work by turning player voice off in Viacom voice attack and it seems that you have to have the hook down and be more then 10 miles. I've gotten a wave off with flashing red meat ball lights and just stayed with a case 1 pattern and the menu changed back to "clara" option, turned on final and got "Hornet Ball" selection. Doesn't work every time but fun to play with.

No not part of project, just a player. got into DCS last year, but started years back on an Atari:pilotfly: I just don't know how to record it and I don't think a track will work. But it's a really nice feature, when it works. Have looked in the speech file and it looks like everything is there.

Wish I could film the case 1 and 3 landings using the WIP carrier audio that has the call outs. But I have it working 75% of the time with all call outs! "see you a 10", #marshal signal in Charlie#, "clara call" then final Hornet Ball etc. LSO call outs are great. Also with landing grade and wire. Open beta, voice attack with vaicom player voice off seems to get it to work, didn't change any files. Really nice touch in game. On case 3 LSO called fly the ball all the way in.

Didn't know it was put in by accident, it does work some what. If you have some AI aircraft in your flight and tell them to RTB to carrier, you don't hear coms but if your in your aircraft on deck they all get graded on trap and which wire. Looks like it will be a nice addon.

Anyone having any luck with getting the LSO to work? I know it's a work in process. I can get the first call from female about mother and the position report next call but never get the last clare and ball menu no LSO at all. Have seen the red lights flashing on the ball for wave off one time, very nice touch there. Just not getting LSO calls? \

Possible bug; Maybe someone else can confirm, Didn't notice this before last update 4/10/2019 Tomcat arresting hook _FIELD or CARRIER mode. When operating from field and you put hook in bypass so AOA doesn't flash, the hook will extend. Note: when doing this AOA stops flashing but the hook extends. The way I understand is you use bypass by turning hook handle counter clockwise for bypass? Another little thing and really not big problem. Spin direction indication in RIO position. When you get a fully developed spin, you get arrow indication "left,right" in RIO position on TID. Really a great add HB. But it doesn't seem to work in multiplayer, as stated not a real big thing and more then likely a sync problem. Is it possible for someone to confirm or test this. Thanks

Question for Hollywood or anyone. Running vaicom pro and voice attack licensed, excellent app by the way thank you! Problem that friend and I are having is when running multiplayer DCS. "multiplayer vaicom pro switch checked", not running easy comms. If I host or run single player everything works perfect, can talk to "tanker, awacs, jtac, 9 line, tower, etc. Same if he runs single player. If I'm hosting and friend joins he CAN NOT get any reply from all of the above. If he host server and I join, he CAN get replies from any of, all of the above. But I get nothing. If he runs single player all works perfectly. As in if he host I can't even get tanker to reply for refuel and etc. Have to use menu and sometimes that won't even show up. Is this voice attack or vaicom? Thank you for your time.

Yep same here Vaicom not working in DCS, after VA update to 1.7.5 Getting the "thud" sound after xmit can't get picture, tanker, ETC VAICOM update killed it.
