Interesting discussion! I'd like to switch to linux distro, but for DCS I'm sticking with windows 10. It would be nice to create a guide and section for the linux world on the ED forum. With official step by step guides.

I installed Kubuntu 20.04 (linux system) on my laptop (Dell Alienware 17), I would like to try to start DCS World. Do you know if it works? Is there a specific procedure? Maybe I need steam and protonDB? I accept answers also from ED developers :D

I have VKB Rudder, really good and accurate. But if you have to choose between the two listed by you, I recommend virpil.
