for about 1.5 years, in an update of the Huey, the fuel consumption was changed and also the flight pattern was touched. The helicopter is now too reactive, even when fully loaded (armament and fuel) the aircraft takes off and flies too fast. Also in the hover, it requires too much left pedal. Reading online, watching various UH-1H videos on youtube and also talking to real pilots, all confirmed that the current flight model of the huey is wrong. It requires too much left pedal and is too powerful currently. In the various virtual groups, we all edit the .lua file named FM, setting from “TRUE” to “FALSE” in order to return to the old flight model which was much better. Please check and have the flight model analyzed by some real Huey helicopter pilot (so he can confirm the figure), also check the manuals where the flight data and performance are present. This is a bug. I hope it will be reported and corrected or at least restored to the old flight model.

Personalmente deluso dell'annuncio. Non riescono nemmeno a sviluppare un UH-1Y e pensano di fare un F35C... Leggendo il forum ED e Reddit, tutti (e anche io) chiedono di smettere di rilasciare nuovi moduli, di concentrarsi sul sistemare il "core" di DCS e fixare tutti i bug presenti. Se la base presenta problemi e non è ottimizzata, ad ogni update si rompe qualcosa che resterà nel limbo per anni. Nuovi velivoli, nuovi bug che si sommano ai vecchi... Comunque, già era una mossa azzardata l'EFA, figuriamoci F-35.

Pensiero personale, con il rilascio del F-15C, la vedo brutta tra ED e Razbam... Avranno capito entrambi che resteranno nel limbo in questa situazione per anni. La cosa che non capisco, perchè inserire nella parte della mappa f10 in modalità RTS, i SU-33 e non i SU-27. Casualità o un messaggio nascosto?

Leggendo alcune recensioni su vari forum stranieri dei vari simulatori, civili e militari, alcuni lamentano un leggero lag nei movimenti veloci (ad esempio dogfight) sottolineando la grande differenza con il TIR5 che è più preciso specialmente se la visuale è zoomata. Per i simulatori di volo, sconsigliano la funzione "eye".
