    TWS

I am expecting TWS to be there. I believe major features will all be present and the TWS is sort of the selling point of the AWG-9.
  2. The Harrier we have seems to be a USMC Harrier and I don't believe we use any non-US munitions on the Harrier. My money would be on this not happening, I'm afraid.
  3. I can vouch for the VKB pedals, got them for about $200 USD. I got them for Helos and they feel great for that, but work well for planes too of course. It's not too hard with Joystick Gremlin to set up a toe brake axis that you can use with a modifier in DCS. They are all metal, feel really well made and precise, and have fairly low resistance (but this can be changed with alternate springs). Also comes with a very small center detent that can be removed by changing cams. I have everything on default and it has easy movement and a noticeable center bump that does not slow movement through it. Great product.
  4. Hi MadDog, Will other KA-50 campaigns like Deployment be updated too? Thanks!
  5. I'm playing through the Deployment campaign and have noticed in several missions that targets are hidden in trees, especially mission 9.
  6. Yes; it hasn't been out too long and it takes time to make a campaign.
  7. I got the Mi-8 this week and am experiencing the exact same bug. The cold start mission is in German! Pretty weird.

Based on the NATOPS and the previously mentioned video featuring a real Harrier driver, I think the AFC mode is not working as it should right now. He described it as akin to the Hornet's fly-by-wire feel, where it will hold whatever attitude or bank you put in until you change it. As written in NATOPS it sounds like the switch should stay engaged while maneuvering as long as maneuvers are within pitch and roll limits. Right now, it disengages during any maneuvers.
  9. In this case "Winter 2019" refers to the months of January, February, and March of 2019. Meaning the next 3 months. Not a year from now.
  10. The Thrustmaster TWCS throttle is based on the Hornet's and I think more than a handful of people run that very popular throttle. Just map the radar elevation to two buttons or a hat on the throttle, and it would be realistically mapped.
  11. From my observations the missiles on the Mirage fly lead pursuit properly. The 530D is a fun missile and effective when flying fast and high. The Mirage is a fun plane in Air-to-air and BVR and you'll enjoy it for sure!
  12. My money is on the Super Hornet (commonality with legacy hornet, easier to maintain and train on). But I wouldn't be surprised by many of the other choices either, although the F-35 really seems like overkill (and overbill!) for their requirements.
