  1. Roger...I'm using a Virpil CM3. I did manage to find a video that may explain how to do it. I'm going to watch it several more times before making an attempt to try it out.

  3. I'm flying VR. Is it possible to assign the "Z Axis" to zoom in and out (slowly)? If so, how...
  4. My "metasharder2" folder is empty. Is there suppose to be something there?
  5. My order is as follow: 1. Turn on Reverb G2 2. WMR starts and states "Ready" on my desktop 3. Put on Reverb G2 4. Move your mouse around and you will see a "sleep symbol"...left click the mouse and you will see your desktop 5. Start DCS

  7. My friend just told me he ordered another cable. Like you, I believe it is USB related. Time will tell once he gets his "second" new cable.
  8. A friend of mine also is getting black screens on his G1 Reverb. The error codes he is getting are 1-4 and 7-7. He has also tried swapping to his new cable with the same issues.
  9. Good to hear it's working for you. I replaced the cables in my CM3 today...so far so good.

  11. I managed to get a diamond, but don't remember how I got there. I was doing a bunch of TDC depresses and SCS Rights.
  12. Concur with your first statement. It is more blurry and washed-out. VR...G2.

  14. Do you have the option to replace yourself? I would at least get a replacement microstick and decide what to do with it at a later date. I'm sure you are somebody you know can replace it.
  15. My replacement cables have been delivered by FedEx. Will be replacing the cables within a few days...lot to do at the moment.
  16. Great! I bet they sent you a new one. One way to find out is removing the base to see if you have ribbons or individual wires in a sleeve.
  17. Received my FedEx tracking number for my replacement cables this morning. They are recommending that I replace both cables so they are shipping 2 sets.

Since I have elected to replace the cables myself in lieu of sending the CM3 back to Virpil, here is their latest statement: "You need to wait for a service center representative to contact you, he will explain everything to you, I give the ticket to them". Anybody with experience with the service center representative, is that person local (in the U.S. in my case), or overseas? Will they contact me via email or phone?
  19. Virpil has a good Support Team...very responsive in resolving my/our issues.
  20. After reviewing the replacement cable video (sent by the Virpil engineer), I have requested Virpil send me the replacement cables. They gave me a choice to send it back at their expense or if I was comfortable, to replace the cable myself.
  21. I use Classic for AB detent myself.
  22. Did you send yours back or worked it yourself? How long did it take to get it back if it was sent in for repair?
  23. Here is the latest status on my defective CM3. I got an email today from the Virpil engineer requesting the attached screenshot. It show an error (25 in red) on my right throttle.
  24. We spoke a couple of times on the other Forum. I totally agree with you plus VR...the only way to go.
