  1. As far as I'm aware there's no keybind to extend the strut, and kneel the aircraft into the shuttle, you have to use the mouse to flip the switch in the cockpit. Nose wheel steering works fine for me, what are you using to control the nose wheel steering once on deck/land? have you actually assigned an axis to it ? Also check the indicator on the left hand side of the HUD, it's illuminated yellow when nose wheel steering is on.
  2. and just like that.. the hype train crashed..along with F14 module on the "Fly" screen.. Maybe next week people will be able to enjoy. Disappointing that 2 days after release, and a hotfix has meant being unable to actually use the module at all. It took me 2 days to update and download the Cat into the bargain. Oh well, back to the Hornet and A4E for now.

    Skydive Dubai - 2

Skydive Dubai 2 is outside the city, I've jumped there, really cool place, and would indeed be easy to add, also surprised that Skydive Dubai, near the Palm wasn't a feature, again ideal for rotary and the smaller "stunt" planes.

    27th update

Nothing showing on the official update thread
  5. Best person to ask is C.W.Lemoine AKA Mover, he's flown both in real life, trying to dick measure within a flight sim and making comparisons to other "sims" you've flown is pretty pointless.
  6. I hope there's a configs whiz out there, as this would be an awesome addition to the Tornado GR1/4's
  7. I believe you do indeed need FC3 addon for VSN aircraft.
  8. ^^^ And the Winner of January 2019's most retarded comment goes to...
  9. I don't think the bloke needs to explain himself anymore, it's his thread, and his decisions should be respected. There's too many chairborne commandos and fighter pilots these days on such forums, and they cause more harm to the community than they realise, small minded people, that are VERY jealous of other peoples popularity.
  10. Thanks mate, I will give that a try and see, as DCS just crashed on me :(
  11. LOL yeah, I love this little bird, I'd love to see it with an AFM, maybe one day ??
  12. How do I stop jettisoning my rocket pods ?? :( I've been flying this little beauty a few days and for some strange reason, instead of firing my rockets, I'd jettisoning them ( after weapons hotfix update )
  13. ditto, same file size for me too..
  14. A Real F18 pilot had this feature running on a recent fun video he made with Bananimal, that's posted here somewhere. CW Lemoine is the pilot I believe.
  15. This is a superb little aircraft to fly, thanks for your devotion and dedication into finishing the product, after such a monumental loss to your team. I'm pretty sure he's sitting in his heavenly cockpit looking down, and smiling and content the addon made it to fruition. Is there a way to slow down the head tracking though, when I pan around in my F18, it's slow, but the Scooter is pretty quick, maybe due to a smaller cockpit. This is now my go to aircraft when needing a break from the F18
  16. My very poor attempt at and old school VFA-15 Vallions bird.
  17. Wasn't the bomb cellulose (plastic composite) and not paper encased ?
  18. have you tried loading someone else profile? Try to load these, they're a mixture of several, I use the pinky button as my modifier to switch from view mode, to trim, till I get my Head track sorted. Joystick - HOTAS Warthog.diff.lua Throttle - HOTAS Warthog.diff.lua
  19. No, the module isn't broken, but you've given very little details in which people can help, what make and type is the Throttle? Did you save the profile you created, then exit, then retry the key binds.and axis checks?
  20. superb!!!!!
  21. Yeah, it's a pain in the arse, the default Case 1 for Persian Gulf and I'm sliding into parked aircraft as well as the nose wheel steering not as friendly since the last update, and now a fix every 2nd week..
  22. Okay, I'm getting better at my case 1's but as always this massive pitch down effect when dropping full flaps irks me. By the book says drop the gear at 250, and then full flaps.. I get a massive pitch down effect this way. I'm trying to avoid this and then trying to set pitch right with trim, by this time I'm normally < 200 knots. Everything is sweet when I can get her settled around 125-140 knots depending on fuel. Any pointers to avoid this massive pitch down, and I've read in several places now this effect isn't accurate either?

    NVGs for F18

It depends on how you've set the focus on real NVG's, the depiction is accurate. NVG's don't have a wide FOV. The focal point in this picture appears to the the HUD

    NVGs for F18

according to other pilots they prefer NOT to wear NVG's for night landing, as they lose depth perspective.
