Oh to a degree I agree with you, and in this particular case, there's no good guys, both ED and RB both get an "F" You also know that the court of public opinion here has been in full swing, with so many lawyers here, it's been a hoot.

The facts are there regarding Razbam and Ron's "mothodology", you just chose to ignore them... they say lightening never strikes twice, but it's not the case when Razbam are involved, people who have been around for a few years will have noticed a pattern when it comes to Razbam.. People wouldn't bash on Ron if he wasn't so arrogant and hot headed, you don't have to personally know someone to know their charcteristics and mannerisms.

Nah, not at all, it's more like they know his Modus Operendi, Ron has done this on more than one occasion spanning several decades, track records speak volumes. Some of us have been flight simming a lot longer than some people posting here have been alive... Razbam are the epotome of "The road to hell is paved with good intentions"

RB can't take the F15E to another platform in its current guise, as it was made using ED's SDK, and coding, they would have to start from ground up again, otherwise there once again an issue with IP rights, I seem to recall that the Base model for the F15E was actually taken from ED's stock AI version, and RB souped it up ..again this would mean if thta was the case, RV would have to create the entire mesh for another F15E for whatever platform they'd apply their services to. They say no news is good news, even Ron seems to have stopped posting cryptic/stupid messages of recent times, whatever is going on, it's far from being a simple solution... we just have to keep flying our RB modules until they no longer work.

There is plenty of information out there, that lawyers letters were sent by ED to Razbam to cease and desist over 12 months ago , if that's not a legal step/procedure, then colour me f*****g purple. Razbam CEO has on several occasion this year alone, stated there remains an impasse, where neither side seem remotely intersted in compromise, if there was, it would have been done and dusted by now, I like you wish this whole episide was over, and both parties never had to drag this out, and pursue closure thorough lawyers. Every thread that is opened, and subsequently closed has posts that pertains to this now in the hands of lawyers, now, last time I looked, when lawyers are invlolved it becomes a legal matter..even if it's offering advisory paths. if either CEO was willing to stop this going to full abitration, they would have done so, both are as stubborn as the other. The minute lawyers became involved, the dynamics of the situation changed. If this gets resolved amicably, without having to go into arbitration (where someone else makes the final decision(s) for them), before the 4th quarter of 2025 (October), I will donate £100 to a charity of your choosing.

Neither CEO in this case has budged and inch .. ergo, it's going down the legal route... there's no idications that its going to resolved with a hand shake and some humble pie being served. Who mentioned anything about court proceedings anyway? I said it's in the hands of the legal system, lawyers are part of the legal system, they're legal representatives for each company, they're billing their clients, in my eyes, that's very much a legal system and as I've said, neither side is willing to budge, or come up with a compromise... There's more chance of Peace in Ukraine coming before a resolution here.

Semantics, for me, when it's in the hands of the legal departments, it's out of either CEO's hands/control, unless one caves before it goes to arbitration. We know lawyers are now invlolved, in my eyes, that's part of the legal processes/proceedings

You're totally wrong, it's in the hands of the legal system now, rarely known for rapid quick fixes, and this prticular case isn't black and white either.. the Mig 29 will be released before this case is resolved.

Very flawed logic. If I behaved in an innapropriate manner within my company, resulting in suspension of payment, or termination, who's fault is it that you can no longer pay your bills? This is how life works, you do something your company feels is detriment to their operations/reputations, you get fired or suspended without pay until investigations are complete, they're under zero obligations to keep paying you because of your bills..

There must have been plans from ED to have a British Harrier (GR5) in the core game, more than likely AI only as there's an edm file for it in the core files, it's a shame they never activated it, as it would be perfect for the new Germany map.
