  1. Thanks for combing through this. Most of them are now aligned okay, but please check RWY26 ILS at Ben-Gurion.
  2. While the changelog says "Wadi Abu Rish: Fixed broken ILS", 110.60 is not the correct ILS frequency.
  3. Not sure why the changelog says "Bilbeis Air Base: Fixed wrong ILS frequency". It is still set to 108.60, while the first digit after the decimal point must be odd.
  4. It's not just Ben-Gurion: when I tried to make a list of unlit runways, I've encountered similar schizophrenic behavior at other aerodromes. And this report suggests the issue is not limited to Sinai only:
  5. I wonder how that would be possible? I'm taking snapshots after every update, and they haven't touched this folder since the release (bar the usual encryption refreshes).
  6. No, of course not, yours is more detailed.
  7. Nah, I reported not some, but all of these more than a year ago, got a "medium priority" response, and yet here we are.
  8. I feel it got worse after the update: quite a few TACANS have been removed and most broken ILS are still broken. The map certainly requires a thorough navaids review. Although I'm not sure where they gonna get the current data on military installations in this area. Even the dedicated military supplements from Jeppesen don't have Egyptian TACANs and air bases. I assume Navigraph lacks them as well. And SkyVector is hardly a credible source for the region.
  9. 15 August 2024 - Kola and Sinai kneeboards updated. > Download <
  10. They did as IvanK suggested and deleted the TACAN from Wadi al Jandali, effectively solving the OP's issue.
  11. RWY01L ILS frequency has too many zeroes:
  12. The correct layout would be this: RWY01 ILS 108.70 (currently have no ILS) RWY19 ILS 110.50 (current ILS have wrong frequency: 108.70)
  13. RWY34R ILS 114.20 is incorrect, should be 110.30
  14. RWY32R should have ILS (111.30) Also, the correct name would be Borg El Arab
  15. RWY35R ILS frequency 108.60 is incorrect.
  16. If that's true, I think it would be fair that people demanding refund for Sinai will be paid from Ugra's profits.
  17. Ah, so you're not feature-reviewing a 3rd party product, but making sure it doesn't break your own stuff and DCS in general? Well, it kinda makes sense, thanks for clarifying.
  18. This particular update had been tested by ED for several weeks, and no one noticed that something is missing until the proverbial substance hit the fan?
  19. I'm expecting a version of this to be posted by ORT in the coming days: "While adding the new airfields and detailed areas in the southern part of the map, we hit the limit of what the little old DCS engine can handle, so we had to cut off something. And since the Northern Israel is already featured on another map, we thought it's no biggie to remove it from ours."
  20. Sure you're not confusing Kandahar aerodrome (UHF 360.20) and Kandahar Heliport (UHF 300.20) ?
  21. I guess that the ground clutter (grass, shrubs, rocks etc.) is tied to specific terrain types, and to change it one must create a new terrain type. Which would probably require more resources, but otherwise is 100% doable. Here are some desert parts of the Sinai map that look quite close to your request:
  22. 05 August 2024 - Afghanistan kneeboards added. - Kola kneeboards: nothing major here, except they broke the remaining ILS at Bodo. > Download <
  23. Most certainly. I'm hoping to add Afghanistan in early August.
  24. Shameless plug, but this could've saved you some time: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3312200/
  25. Maybe someday, but not right now! Hornet's UI, at least to me, seems way easier than Warthog's, so I never felt the need for a HOTAS table. Just the joystick mapping diagram and a few A2A helpers, since I rarely do air combat and keep forgetting even the basics.
