The R-27 family of missiles do not have on board self-destruct mechanism. The current Flaming Cliffs 2.0 set up automatically self-destructs the missile regardless whether it is tracking the target or not after 90 seconds. This should not be the case, the missile self-destructs by hitting the ground/water, or of course by hitting the target. Not a big deal, but a "realism" thing nonetheless.

I believe the proper way of addressing possible mods is to create a "whitelist" that is upheld by the community. For example missile trail mod which makes your missile smoke trails PINK is not a good mod. :)

Well, the integrity check uses the host's files to check... so if host has modified files and client has unmodified files the check fails. If client has modified files and host doesn't the check fails. The problem is that with the way it is now, it doesn't say what failed the check. But, Host is always "god" so to speak.

AFAIK it is a cross-cross check already. Integrity check is done by comparing host's files against client's files.

Supposedly, this feature was "overlooked" on the Russian a/c as per devs. ( http://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=864662&postcount=89) Perhaps it will be fixed in the patch...

Before the westerners chime in with their supremacy statements. Yes, the majority of the Russian Air Force would indeed field SU-27S (as in game) with R-27R as main weapon against fighters. Of course with close GCI control, AWACS and MiG-31s and of course C-300 and 400 SAM sites. However, there are two regiments of SU-27SMs that are on active service along with other "more advanced" toys (including SU-35s) that are sprinkled across the Russian Federation. Nobody here, whoever they are can tell you for a fact how many PBB-AE missiles the Russian Air Force has, it is certainly not abundant but I am sure it isn't extinct either. All these "My sources" or other "experts" is a never ending game. And you are right in terms of availability of information. There are millions more F-15 pilots that will tell you and share everything with you while there are only so many SU-27 pilots that live on a miserable salary, trained in a country that seized to exist 19 years ago and went through more turmoil than any other. However, last time I checked FC2 is not an economic simulator... especially since DCS:Black Shark is modelled after a helicopter that only has 12 or even less flying ships in real life. So yes, things are grim economically and Russia does not have anywhere near as much UBERness as USAF... that is why we aren't going around the world dictating what we like and don't like. Also remember that the doctrine of Russia has primarily been containment/defensive rather than offensive, as such a lot of weapon systems rely on home advantage. Flight sim, not economic sim.

The SU-27SK (Serial Kommercial) version as well as SU-27S (Serial) both have time to impact timers on the hud. Below is the excerpt from the SU-27SK declassified manual: Number 28. Time left till the missile intercepts the target. And also, as far as I know what is modeled in the game is in fact SU-27S (Serial) not P (PVO) if it was indeed model P then we would have no Ground Attack capabilities and would have a refueling probe. Enjoy.

Sorry, didn't specify - the SU-27 does have count down timer displayed on the HUD after missile launch.

I installed v1 (haven't tried v1.1) and lost the possibility of minimizing out of Full Screen... when you minimize and then try to go back in it doesn't load, so that was the deciding factor whether to keep it or not.

Believe what is meant is that their skill is set to random as such the difficulty of the mission can differ per iteration.

What about disabling this feature? Disabling automatic recording of the tracks? Thanks in advance.

There is a load profile/import profile button on the top, if you navigate to the /keyboard/ folder of any aircraft you will see that there is a default.lua file there, use that and it will reset it back to default. Alternatively if it is just a few commands, you can select that command and click "default" at the bottom to set it back to default binds.

I just ran some tests on my machine to try and make it crash in the A-10A with weapons switching. I have X-52 Pro with Driver v.6.2.2.4 and Saitek Programming Software SST 6.6.6.9 I went into the game and entered quick mission for A-10A... spammed the hell out of the cycle weapons button and shot various ordinance. No crashes. Hope this helps.

Интересует реализация залпового огня, нажатием кнопочки Ctrl+V, при таких обстоятельствах анулируется идея "задержки/анти-спама ракет В-В" которая была внесена в ГС2.0. Жмешь курок и ракеты одна за другой вылетают. В Мулти-плеере замечаю подозрения на использование этой каварной кнопки когда с Ф-15 4х 120ки летят кучно. Так же видел как и МиГарь это делал с тремя 77ми. Какие на эту тему мысли?

О: Нужно отредактировать файл chat-log.res в папке /FUI/Resources/Multiplayer/ \dialog \begin \tag{-1} \coord{0, 18, 1023, [color=Red]60[/color]} \musthavecursor{0} \acceptmouse{0} \topmost \layer{900} \end \multicolumnlistbox \begin \tag{2} \coord{20, 0, 1003, [color=Red]60[/color]} \defaultitem{Multiplayer/def_list_box_item.res} \columnswidth{200, 803} \rowsnum{10} \readonly{1} \visiblescrollbar{0} \end Нужно отредактировать линии с '\coord{x, y, w, h}'. Последний парметр определяет высоту заданного поля. По подсчетам каждая линия текста занимает 20 пикселей из за этого если поставить сюда 60 (в коде отоброженно красным) то будет выводится максимум три линии текста. Чтоб редактировать как выглядит чат окно когда оно открыто можно играться с файлом: chat-say.res там не много больше элементов из за кнопок и чекбоксов.
