This laws really are vague. They simply dont allow information of state and registeered public non profit agencies to be posted on social media without licensing. So now the question is what are the russian federations criteria on allowing this info. Also nothing mentiones in these article( probably somewhere else) about phisical documents from licensed agents if they can allow to be seen in person or not. Not to forget export versions from other airforces that may license for their vehicles.
