Aha thanks for this information Trident. So what is needed is new engines for the E-3F and the wingtip pods for E-3D the cheek blisters not in the time frame of lockon so we can forget about them.

Is anyone working on a E-3D or E-3F AWAC ? The Dev's are looking to add these models in to the next patch for use in the Royal Air Force (8 Sqn) and the French Air Force. Please please please some one have a crack at them :) as im building skins for them. The engines have been re-fitted on the D and F also ELINT carrying cheek blisters on the F/B and wingtip pods (ECM?) on the D. Regards Dave

No just run the site, go find new lockon addons and stuff and add it to the site. Add news to the front page and answer questions in the forums spread the word and try and bring a bit of a community to it agian.

Hi for those who dont know i own and run http://www.lockonskins.co.uk but my life and workload has dictated that i cant update it as much as i'd like to, and really dont want to close the site down. So ive decided to offer 2 positions to reliable members of the Lomac community. The Job:- You would have the job of keeping Lockonskins updated with new quality addons, mod, skins and missions, and i stress the need for quality/RL we dont host stuff like A-10 skins with nakid women or manga anime fast and furious style themes. Also the job entails that you spread the site around and moderate the forums which are very quiet atm maybe bring some fun articales and more members to it. Im not looking for someone who can dedicate their whole life to the site but they need to have enthusiasm and a few spare hours a week to update the site and a finger on the pulse. You dont need to be a web master and know HTML and PHP the whole site is run via an idiot-proof control panel. The only thing you willbe taught is how to use FTP for uploading the bigger files to the site. So if you think you can handle this job show your interest in this thread. Wolfie :icon_jook

BETA testing of 1.11 has begun and no major problems have been found as yet so fingers crossed. We have had the patch for 3-4 days now so this is encouraging news ! would it be to hard just to add these smoke options as definable keys in the options panel for lockon ? Dont need switches adding, just the option to define the actions to keystrokes.

i agree with yamangman dont waste money on RDRAM just buy a new motherboard, because when you do buy a new board your $1000 ram wont fit it :( Ebay your exsisting RAM to fund the new board as its rare and expensive and will sell quick :D Move in world of DDR ;)

never mind i worked it out. CMYK is for printing to paper so it wont output to BMP :S So i flattened the psd then changed to RGB which kept the details and colour ED added then saved as BMP, bit of a long way around to save and test but worth it for all the details :D

When i started work on either the MIG29 and now the Su25T templates released by ED both are using CMYK instead of RGB, when i go to save the CMYK psd to BMP so that i can test it LOMAC Photoshop wont let me choose BMP output. So i have to convert the PSD in to RGB and this destroys all the details and effects ED made !!!!! So can some1 tell me what output do you save a CMYK psd to so i can test it in LOCKON........do i need a plugin ? Thanx Dave Attached work in progress for VVS504 Su25T skin.

will it actually do anything though ? Im not sure the A-10 fuel system in lomac is modeled to take notice of extra fuel.

I used LOPE (Lockon Pylon Editor) to add them to each pylon except the centerline. Ive been trying to find the bmp which held the CBU97 so i could make a high detailed skin for it, so thanx to JetFire ive now been able to !! :) See attached image for my version.
